“Quick, helpful, efficient. I ordered the incorrect item by mistake, so rang the company’s help line. They answered within a few rings, straight on to sorting and correcting the problem. I have spoken to 3 different customer service people about various points, and all have been helpful and did what they said. Definitely recommend, correct item arrived on time”

“I had an issue with the door of a vanity unit that had been supplied by Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms. The response I got when I contacted them was nothing short of fantastic. The people I spoke to were knowledgable and very helpful and within 24hours it was confirmed a replacement unit was being sent. If I ever need to buy bathroom fittings this is the only place I will shop at. Thanks.”
