“Bought 20L compostable bin bags and they wouldn't even fit on a 12L bin in my kitchen. When i requested a refund they would only refund the unopened roll of bags. I don't know how it is my fault that I buy 20L bags but receive 10L bags and i still have to pay for the opened roll. Managed to get a full refund but extremely misleading information if this is how al their bags are sized.”

“We purchased combined henna and indigo kits. They arrived promptly and with good email notices. The product itself was great producing good grey coverage. The online videos were very helpful. We are experimenting with kits of slightly different henna/indigo combinations. So far very good.”
