“Ordered body wash and then got a block of chocolate because I didn’t want to spend money on delivery for the one thing but ended up just getting the block of chocolate as the body wash was sold out and didn’t realise until it came in the mail $12 delivery for a block of chocolate I would’ve cancellled the order or gotten a different body wash if I knew”

“You sell food and personal products and pack the items with unhygienic used boxes suitable only for hardware. Sure they are sustainable but there are clean sustainable cheap options available that other grocery providers use. I give a POOR STAR Great products, first-class values and Sandy is such a beautiful lady”

“I was disappointed with my delivery. The only thing I really wanted was the first thing on the order "bread bags". These were omitted and refunded without any consultation with me. I added the other items to make it a decent order and would not have gone through with the order if the bread bags were unavailable. When ordering online there was no indication that they were out of stock and my credit card was charged as if they were in stock. Very disappointed with the customer service in this regard.”

“I believe the website was very unclear. I dont know if its a trick to try and con people in to buying. But to call a single bottle "24 bottles" in the headline. I was under the impression I was purchasing 3x boxes of bottles not 3 individual bottles. The bottles them self are really good and delivery was fast. I just think that it needs to be made clear what is getting purchased. I google searched wholesale stainless bottles and your site was one of the tops and the first heading I read was for the purchase of 24 bottles in stainless.. That's what I believed I was purchasing”

Hello Scott, I am sorry to hear that you feel you may have been mislead by thinking you were buying 24 Bottles instead of one. The brand is actually called 24Bottles. Please do feel free to return the bottles for a full refund used or not if you are not happy with your purchase. I did a quick google search and see that the only difference between us and the brand owner is that there was a space in our data between '24 Bottles', I have now fixed this on our site to read 24Bottles. Google will take some time to refresh this on the search though. Again my apologies, we created Wholesome Hub to offer great products and solutions to healthy living for people and planet and would never intentionally mislead some one. “I'm sorry to have to do this...but I have to stand up and be honest. In my view, standards at WH are not high enough in terms of stock management and customer communication. Often items are not available after my orders are confirmed and paid for, the odd mishap is okay but this happens way too often. This last time, I got no message at all to inform or apologise for a missing particular item I really needed...just a refund out of the blue. If I'd known, I would've preferred to cancel my order altogether. Competition is hot out there for eco conscious online retail, and after 2 years of loyalty to WH, I am simply being led to shop elsewhere.”

“On receiving the wasabi powder the ingredients list on back of packet is confusing: 100% certified organic horseradish and 10% wasabi Somehow this doesn’t equate And the foods should be labelled “horseradish powder””
