“Dear Support - Could you please add PayPal or ApplePay to your payment options, as it is safer to pay online using those. I won’t be able to order more if you do not add those payment options. Please also add a wider range of organic veggies in glass jars (ie I can buy kale, cabbage, spinach, etc at my local health store). Lastly, it took too long to receive my order the last time around. I believe it might have taken a few days before my order was dispatched. If that could happen faster, that would be great. Thank you!!”

“Hi Wholesome Hub Team, Unfortunately I have to say the order I received 2.2.22 I was disappointing when I opened the box to see X3 packs of Ratio milk chocolate speckles all melted into a solid block . Unfortunate I can't use as intended gifts for friends. My first order was delivered promptly well packed and all items enjoyed . Cheers Catherine Lemar”

“Everything was shipped quickly, and it looked like it was very nice presentation. I wish there was somewhere in the order section where I could indicate that was a gift, so that there would be no invoices included.”

“One of your customers receive my parcel, and I received hers. Thank you for rectifying the problem. Also, I requested to see Australian made only. When I looked closely at one of the items I ordered, the country of origin is China.”

Hello Rosemarie, Sorry to hear your order isn't with you yet. We sent it straight away, we do know that Australia Post are having some issues with delivering to WA and QLD.
