Hello Rose, we dispatched your order in our timely manner and did reach out to you through our online portal to advise that the delay was due to Australia Post. Your order has now been delivered. Hello Mary, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your order. The best and quickest place for customer service enquiries is directly via email or phone. I have checked and we processed your order on the 20th and received it on Sunday the 19th. It is out for delivery today. Why it took Australia Post a week to deliver your order is unclear, however they are taking a lot longer to process orders due to the large increase of online orders. Wholesome Hub has done everything possible to get your order to you quickly. It is shame that we have received a poor review for Australia Post's service when we have processed your order quickly. “Bought 20L compostable bin bags and they wouldn't even fit on a 12L bin in my kitchen. When i requested a refund they would only refund the unopened roll of bags. I don't know how it is my fault that I buy 20L bags but receive 10L bags and i still have to pay for the opened roll. Managed to get a full refund but extremely misleading information if this is how al their bags are sized.”

Hello, We are so sorry that you are disappointed with your '24 Bottles' order. 24 Bottles is the brand of bottles and not how many bottles you will receive. Hello Michael, thank you for your message and sorry to hear that you're disappointed. We've checked into your order and our team despatched your order less than 24 hours after it was received, which is great as the day you submitted your order it was actually a Public Holiday here in Victoria. In regards to delivery times, both Australia Post and a Courier Service estimate the delivery time from Melbourne to your location in Queensland to be 4 - 5 business days as a standard so I'm not sure we'll achieve a different result if we use a courier service. From our end, we've done our very best to get your order processed and out to you as soon as we could. As for the delivery times, unfortunately, we have to rely on our freight partners and that is beyond our control. If you do have any concerns or anything further that we can assist you with, please feel free to contact our customer service team directly via phone or email.
