“Their products make me feel some hope for this sick and dying planet. Service was tops. Not sure about the prices as this is my first shop there but I expect to pay more for ethical products - cotton buds and floss. Would prefer to see more Australian products but that's our fault for not supporting (buying) Australian made instead of chinese products.”

“I have not yet received my order as I was happy to wait for an item to come back in stock. So far the communication has been great. I can not see any reason why I won't be impressed with my purchases, time will tell.”

“I didn’t receive any note in the mailbox, nor SMS nor email that the parcel arrived. It looks like the post man didn’t even try to deliver it as I was home every day last week. Only upon checking the tracking it says that it is waiting at the post office. I don’t know if that is Australia Post‘s fault or yours, just thought I let you know. Thanks.”

Hello Vera, Thank you for letting us know. We do have an automated system that emails the tracking details on dispatch and it connects with Australia Posts delivery system to send updates via email. Unfortunately we have no control over Australia Post and if the system is sending up to date information. We will reach out to them though. Thank you Belinda

“when I signed up I didn’t get the 10% off code so i emailed in asking about this. No response! Fish is good but will probably order elsewhere if I’m unable to get the 10% off as the prices add up to be pretty expensive”
