“Very flimsy product, was broken by a gust of wind. Waste of £200. Have rebuilt it, only original parts retained are coach bolts for lids and metal brackets across each bay at the front, the rest is firewood”

“The product was terrible, came in a battered box. Used professional driver and all screws provided cheap and useless as the heads went straight away, sides split so slats dropped down, needed gluing and Pinning. Lids too wide needed cutting to right length. The whole thing very flimsy had to buy extra brackets to hold it in shape. Probably the worst thing i have ever purchased for My garden. Emailed Wido and no response whatsoever. Would never buy anything again from this company terrible all round.”

“Avoid this Seller as i had item delivered and was dented and side panels bent. Said 2 man lift on box but was dragged down drive by 1 person ripping box open and then just left. I didn't even know it was being delivered that day as it said next day delivery but took 5 days as had no Confirmation email from them or details of the delivery. Now they wont answer phone and emailing them is nightmare. Just keep offering money so i keep it but it's no good and now they ignore as i've said i need collecting for full refund so Paypal to the help on this one.”

“Absolutely terrible quality was sent what I can only discribe as a used product. Not fit for purpose instructions screwed up and screws missing/panels glued and broken. And as for the customer service I have waited over an hr and a half on the phone to not get through. And my emails get answered with more questions once every 5 days been over a week and still nothing has been sorted out. Obsolutely terrible ol”

“I ordered a metal cabinet for my garage on Tuesday 19th May 2020 online. I did not contact customer service at all. The item was delivered on Thursday 21st May 2020 in the morning. No damage and package was in a good condition. No problem encountered at all from ordering to delivery. A very good service. Will use it again.”

“Beware i placed order 4 days ago and was for next day delivery, since placing order had NO confirmation from them, they don't reply to emails and on calling they don't even answer the phone. Have taken my money but glad i went through Paypal as i'm sure they will sort the issue out.”
