“I’m not one to leave negative reviews but having given this company a chance to respond and rectify, then I feel that it is fair. Ordered an item Saturday afternoon (next working day delivery), still no news by Tuesday so I emailed to ask for an update. No response. Item arrived unannounced on Wednesday afternoon. It was a sofa set for outside so a heads up would have definitely been appreciated. Upon assembly, I discovered that a key part was badly damaged, and sent an email that evening along with photos. It is now Friday and I have not received one response from the company to date. I’ve waited as I know people are possible short staffed at the moment but I believe that even a holding response of some type would have been appropriate. Really disappointed and will now be asking for a refund rather than an exchange as I have no confidence in the advertised 2 year warranty and how well that would be managed.”

“Ordered a casual garden table it arrived on time and at first look it was fine. However after 5 weeks with less than 10 uses the slats on the top of the table warped rendering it useless. I wrote an email to complain and ask for a refund I got an email to say they were surprised that it was faulty when it was ok on delivery in a sealed box? I told them it was fine on delivery but through minimal use had warped they offered me a 20% refund basically trying to fob me off. This company is to be avoided like many of the reviews here. I am still awaiting a 2nd reply to my email. Useless products and even worse customer care and service. save your money.”

“Excellent value - customer contact does need improvement Purchased my Rattan Effect Garden Cube and then I read the reviews on TrustPilot which made me worry - I needn't have. Excellent value for money, arrived after 48 hours (should be next day) but considering the COVID-19 pandemic I can forgive that. I will say the lack of quick customer service is a downfall- I didn't get a tracking number or courier name but I did receive an email back from Ellie who said the item was in transit and would be delivered the next day, in fact it was the day after that. No telephone contact doesn't help either. Well packaged and easy to assemble, thanks Wido you've made our summner!”
