“Ordered two manicure tables and the quality is so poor, they look old, and every piece had marks on it, and the draws are uneven. The table top doesn’t even fit. I requested a refund on the 9th of June, and they asked if i would keep them for 50% Refund, i explained that these are no good to me at all and since then I haven’t received any correspondence, plus it states if i email again my message gos to the back of the queue!! I’m now out of pocket and Can’t really do anything as there’s no humans to speak to regarding this! And the wont reply to my email!! Will not order from these again.”

“I would of scored you higher as my initial customer service issue was dealt with seamlessly, however on receiving my fire pit which came damaged and without the fixing kit I am still awaiting a response from my email to inform you that the received goods are damaged. Andrew J Bowen WA4 6EB.”

“The product was fine and was promised next day delivery which did not happen. I have sent an email as requested on the website and have heard nothing. This was required for a job which is such a shame as the product was good it’s just you cannot rely on it being delivered on time.”

“When I ordered I thought it was mentioned that delivery would be next day. However that did not happen but I was not concerned the order arrived within 3/4 days. I am quite happy with the purchase which I consider good value for money”
