“After I didn’t receive a tracking number for my parcel and my order not arriving the next working day as advised, I was a bit dubious about this company to be honest, particulaly after reading not so positive reviews. However, the item was delivered the following day and is good quality and as ordered. I did email the company to advise I’d received no tracking number but only got an automatic reply stating they’d answer within 5 days, not needed now as item has arrived, but it also says to not keep emailing as this overrides their system and delays their reply, bit odd really?? Anyway, my item has arrived so I’m happy.”

“Our chairs were damaged and asked for a replacement which they said they would but nothing has come of it. I've emailed over 4 times and now not getting no response. I think this is a joke of a company that doesn't take its customers seriously.”

“Only fire pit received, still waiting on rattan furniture, been over a week and no contact from the company, despite sending emails chasing this up, no dispatch notice or tracking info, I think this is a scam and will be contacting payment card company. Do not use!”

“Was delivered very promptly but sadly we had two incorrect pieces delivered so are unable to make up the chairs. I sent an email to customer service on Tuesday, it's now Friday but not heard anything as yet! It did say it could take up to 5 working days to reply to me 😞 I received an email to ask what was wrong but still not heard anything. It's now nearly a month since I ordered them.”

“I visited about a dozen online stores before coming across Wido. I was looking for a garden companion seat, at a good price & able to be delivered within a week. Wido was the the only store that offered both. I ordered on the Sunday & it arrived on Tuesday! It was well made & easy to assemble. Very pleased with the service.”

“Arrived at the speed advertised. Well boxed for transit. Instructions clear but the bolts were so fiddly. Looks contemporary. Bought to use as a solar water fountain and looks great on my Astro turf. I put the spark guard on at night to keep any wildlife out!”
