Avoid like plague! Send out 2 faulty items and when trying to contact them no response and when trying to call I was on hold for 2hours with no luck of getting through. Very disappointing service and products. Will never use again or recommend to anyone! Very negative experience!!!!

I am not happy with the service I have purchased a gazebo which I have put up today and 2 bars in the middle are broke so not satisfied at all

Fast delivery but I was home all day and they didn’t ring the bell just left it by my back door too heavy for me to lift and it rained hard so couch was soaking wet !!! Also the back test won’t stay up it keeps skidding down !!

This site is what you'd call 'Fir coat, no knickers'! The website itself looks good! Professional and organised. Don't be fooled!! I ordered an electric massage bed on Saturday evening and was informed by the website it would be delivered the following Wednesday. Not only did I wait in all of Wednesday, there was no info / tracking e mails to keep me informed. I contacted them wed eve and thur morning to no avail. The bed then got delivered on Thursday, when I was out, which was also a problem because they left it right in front of my garage, meaning I could not open it! Again, I asked them to get in contact and nothing. Now we have managed to move the bed, open the garage and get it upstairs, it has no instructions on how to assemble. There is an 'instructions' pfd form on the web page for the massage couch, but...yes, you guessed it. It doesn't work! So, in short. If you want good quality service, dot use Wido!

Absolutely rubbish, would not recommend ordering from here. We were given a delivery date, didn't arrive, you can't get through on the phone, sent 2 cancellation emails, furniture then delivered yesterday. Dreadful customer service.

I ordered an electric bed which was supposed to be delivered today 29/5/19. No delivery and no explanation. Cannot get hold of anyone on the phone / e mail. Now I’m worried this is a con and I have lost £350?!? Buyer Beware!!

Supposed to be next day delivery it was not, and when it did arrive the garden parasol was badly damaged. Only redeeming feature was a replacement is due to be delivered to me within the next day delivery schedule without the need to send the damaged one back.

I ordered 2 sets of patio sets on 1 order and only 1 arrived. Had to chase up as we were having a party at the weekend in garden. I was promised it would arrive Friday but didn't arrive until this morning after my party

The first time I have shopped with Wido and most definately the last, poor from start to finish, issues entering my payment details, delivery after 3 days and not next day as stated, items delivered are not as advertised on the website and to cap it all of no reply to my email sent to customer services 5 days ago. This company is the polar opposite of Amazon.

The worse customer service i ever encountered, i have ordered a rattan garden set from them in Brown, they emailed me saying sorry it was returned and a replacement is on the way, i was quiet surprised. I finally received the set and i found out they sent me the wrong colour, when i emailed them i got a reply in 5 days, and they have told me we will collect it for a refund. so i don't understand why they have sent it in the first place. Their phone number doesn't work, their chat customer service is rude. and now they are asking me to leave my job and wait the whole day at home to collect the garden set, Are you serious. I am very angry and very very disappointed!

I will not be dealing with this company ever again, totally incompetent, abysmal service throughout. I run a sports therapy business and when my couch broke unexpectantly i needed to purchase one asap. For this reason i was attracted to the free next day service this company advertised. I ordered my new couch late on weds 1st and was happy with the expected delivery day of Friday. On thursday i even received a mail saying my nice new couch had been dispatched and would be with me friday which worked in nicely with me being at home that day. NO DELIVERY ON FRIDAY, and all my efforts in phoning and emailing the company were not answered although they were quick enough to take my purchase payment. On the following Tuesday, somebody finally decided to pick up the phone and after i had explained my experience they responded by informing me that the particuliar couch i was led to believe was on its way to me wasnt even in stock until the end of May. When i queried why i hadnt been informed of this, or why they even sent me a mail telling me my item had been dispatched, i received no significant answer other than ` are you looking for a refund.` Even now they are still advertising the same couch on ebay with next day delivery. BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY

Ordered Garden Furniture set. They gave me a date for delivery. When this date passed, I contacted them to find the order was out of stock without them informing me.

I have received a cream couch not a white one as I ordered. I have contacted your company via email and phone in an attempt to get this changed however I am still waiting for further contact to correct this error.

My ordered was delivered 4 days after the specified delivery date. And your offices were closed over the weekend to find out why it wasn't delivered.
