Will Williams is an independent meditation teacher of the Vedic tradition, operating in London and also Brighton and Geneva. He has taught thousands of individuals from all ages, religions, backgrounds and countries, to help them sustain balance and achieve success in all areas of their personal and professional lives.

Learning to meditate with Will has been an amazing experience. I'm much less stressed than I used to be and much better equipped to deal with the variety of daily hassles that used to put me in a real spin. It's been really easy to integrate meditation into my daily routine and I am undoubtedly much easier to be around. My wife and eldest son have also started meditating and it has really brought us together as a family. I'd recommend learning Vedic meditation to anyone who suffers from the stresses and strains of modern life.

I first attended a mediation course with Will back in June 2015 because as a mum I was on the go all the time and surviving on little sleep - I was sleepy all the time and run down. Now I don't need as much sleep as I used to as the sleep I do get it good quality and I'm in much better health. I'm calmer and able to take a step back which makes for a much better mummy, a happier household and a much better manager at work. My husband did the course recently too and when we mediate at the weekends our 5 year old joins in. Shame we can't take him on the retreat we have booked onto in February!

Thank you so much for the Rounding Retreat this weekend! It was so much more than I could have imagined. I have come away feeling like I am existing on a different level of awareness and I'm loving it. The love and care that goes into the work that Will and Jess do for all of the meditation courses is phenomenal, and the after care is brilliant. I highly recommend these guys to learn Vedic meditation with, it's definitely a life changer :)

I came to Will's course through a friend who was a living proof what an incredible effect Vedic meditation can give. Although sceptical at first I was sold straight away after the introductory talk - my beautiful journey started on the weekend course and continues ever since (powered by a weekend retreat which was just phenomenal!). I can't thank Will and Jess enough for their support, guidance but most importantly their loving intentions and passion to share the world of Vedic with us! It changed many people's lives including mine and I am sure this is just the beginning :)

I couldn't be happier with the results of my meditation since taking a free intro session, and then a course, with Will. I'm calmer, able to focus better, and have a better perspective on the world. I'd recommend meditation to anyone, especially from Will as he makes it accessible and easy to do.

Learning Vedic meditation with Will and Jess has been one of the most amazing things I have ever done. Having tried other forms of meditation and not stuck with them, this is completely different. I look forward to doing my 2 twenty minute sessions each day and plan so I can fit them in! There is no need to worry about thoughts coming into your head during the meditation, as the mantra you are given works regardless. This is effortless and pleasurable! The results have been incredible: I have released so much tension from my shoulders and neck as well as releasing blocked emotions and fears. I can often feel them going during the meditation. I am in awe that my body knows how to carry out such deep healing when give the chance. I feel that I am connected to the essence of life and excited about what the future holds. It's reassuring to know that when stresses come up, as soon as I am in my meditation I feel that everything is manageable. I’ve recommended Vedic meditation to friends who have since done the course and have also benefitted hugely. I feel I am a different person, and I can't imagine my life now without this meditation. I can't think of higher praise than that!

Overall I found the course excellent, and was extremely pleased with my experience. I was a complete novice to meditation and decided to give it a go after some personal issues in my life. It has definitely helped me and I now feel more relaxed, slightly less stressed and less anxious. Will and Jess were both excellent hosts throughout, and made me feel at ease with something that I was totally new to. I now really enjoy meditating on a daily basis, and especially look forward to a 20 minute meditation when I get in from work.....it's so relaxing!

I first found out about Vedic meditation from a fellow ME sufferer last spring. I had been meditating for a few years following an MBSR course and using guided mindfulness CDs and apps. I had never heard of Vedic meditation so I went along to an intro talk and I knew immediately that this technique had the potential to really help me in ways other techniques hadn’t. Different kinds of meditation affect the brain in different ways and therefor affect the body in different ways too. I have carried around a debilitating form of anxiety (PTSD) my entire life, so I knew it would take something quite special to help me. Although Vedic meditation is very easy to learn and even easier to slot into your daily life (it’s short, easy and you can do it almost anywhere), it did take me a few months of practice before I started to allow myself to let go into it. My nervous system was completely shot before I started, but it is now receiving a daily dose of deliciously healing endorphins that are helping my mind, body and soul recover. A few months after starting off on the Vedic journey, I went on a Rounding retreat, which gave me far more than I ever thought possible. Amongst the many benefits of the retreat, I learnt a special breathing technique. Before going on the retreat I had been unable to even contemplate going to sleep without being dosed up to the eyeballs on sleeping pills, I had been hooked for years. Since the retreat, I have not taken ANY sleeping pills at all and I feel absolutely amazing for it! I now do this simple breathing exercise every night and then sink into a deep calm and restful sleep. Amazing. I am on a truly beautiful and empowering healing journey. One of the ingredients that was missing for so long was knowing how to really listen to my body and how to be kind to it. THIS is what Vedic meditation has taught me and that my friends… is the cherry on top of the cake!

I have been practising Vedic meditation for 7 months now. It is the absolute best compared to some I have tried in the past. It's very easy to practise anywhere you are due to its flexibility. It has benefited me greatly and in the last few months I started noticing its effect especially on my energy levels. At the beginning of this year I suffered from a burnout syndrome due to a work overload over the last couple of years. The recovery process was slow and it took a good 6 months to get my energy back. I was still tired during the day even after having 9-10 hours sleep at night. Meditation helped me to find the perfect balance in the amount of hours I sleep daily keeping me still energised during the day. It reduced the amount of hours I sleep and gave me an energy boost during the day. Now instead of having a power nap I rather meditate. :0) It has been only a wonderful experience especially learning from Will. He is a great teacher passing on his knowledge in a very subtle soft way not trying to convince anybody to believe something you don't want. And if you need support Jess is there all the time to help promptly. Regular meditation evening sessions and meditation gatherings free of charge are a great way to get back in the zone in case you slip your meditation from time to time. Now I can't wait for the coming meditation retreat. Thank you so much Will and Jess and see you there. Jana

I've now been practicing this meditation for over 2 years and what a vast change its made in my life to my health and mental well being. I simply wouldn't be without it now. We will be companions for life. I couldn't recommend Will and Jess highly enough. I learned with Will over a weekend, arriving reserved and rather sceptical having not found other types of meditation to be either easy or effective. But within a few weeks I started to feel different which encouraged me to commit to getting it done every day. Within a few months it didn't feel like a commitment rather than a pleasure and a chance to press the reset button on myself for 20 minutes everyday. I am profoundly grateful for their love support and teaching and for having this brilliant tool to make life feel that bit smoother and fun.

After a 4 month sabbatical at home in Australia I felt that I really needed something to help me ease back into life in London, otherwise all the relaxation I had experienced would be lost. After receiving my first mantra and starting to meditate I knew it was something I wanted to stick with. There was no overnight change, just a gradual process of increasing calmness, whatever the stresses around me. Will and Jess are the perfect teachers. They are the best choice if you want to learn to meditate. They are incredibly kind, supportive and extremely dedicated. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Hey! My experience with Vedic meditation has been inspirational to say the least. Firstly I would like to comment on the pure ease and simplicity of the technique, ensuring that your practice is consistent and enjoyable, really putting to bed the myth that meditation is hard and takes years of practise to get anywhere! In fact the less I 'try', the better my meditation is, its quit effortless. I remember meeting Will on the first day of the course, and remember feeling immediately comfortable and relaxed, he is a very down to earth sensible person. It didn't matter what type of person was there, he was approachable and available to everyone. Top marks Mr Williams!

Had a great time on the course with Will. He's super relaxed and incredibly knowledgeable. The practice itself is simply fantastic, as was obvious from the very first session. I've noticed above all, I'm far more 'present', and calmly aware of the thoughts and feelings in my mind. Even though the meditation is only 20 minutes at a time, you carry it with you throughout the day. Highly recommended, has improved my mental well being massively.

The day i got my mantra a year ago in jan, il never forget it, it was the first day of a beautiful everlasting journey that will initiated me into and it was carried out seamlessly, will and jess are a cosmic team that do this knowledge proud, it has made me ME, and may the journey continue, peace sam x

Meeting Will and Jess and getting introduced to The Vedic meditation technique has transformed my life for the lats few months. My life is now stress free, I sleep like never before and I get more and more clarity on who I am and where I am going. This technique is easy and efficient and Will and Jess are amazing people, very knowledgeable and are doing an amazing job at sharing their passion into the world. The retreat they run is is set in a beautiful location and te results are even more amazing. I would recommend this technique to anyone who wishes to live a better life.

I'd tried Mindfulness and it was not for me, keen to find an alternative I searched Meditation and Will Williams website came up. They were local and everything on their website made sense to me. I attended a free talk and something clicked so I joined up and learned Vedic Meditation. Will is an amazing and knowledgeable teacher, I learnt two years ago and have subsequently attended other courses and retreats run by Will Williams Meditation. My meditation has gone from strength to strength and that is with the continued support and encouragement from Will and Jess. They are always available, on the end of a phone or email, gently guiding and providing reassurance. My experience? I'm fitter and healthier than I have ever been, I'm more present, trust my intuition and my stress levels have reduced. I've had very little illness over the last two years, hardly a cough or cold in sight! Join one of their free introductory talks, that in itself is illuminating.

I am absolutely thrilled to have crossed paths with Will & Jess through a friend's recommendation as I was looking at meditation courses. This is a learning for life and they handle it with excellence sheding light on a very ancient knowledge and its pratical adaptation to our mordern lives. They are highly trained and very supportive of every single student.
