“Have been dealing with the Statham branch of William H Brown and can only suggest that they are best avoided, they have had significant staff turn over and each time the selling staff that come out to visits have been less skilled and less enthusiastic.
They have managed to get a whole 6 people through the door in a year. Which is well below the market standards and even with that when cancelling contract they're immediately reminding of their competition clause that you can't see with anyone else till the notice is done, which while legally correct seems pretty poor form when they have woefully under performed.
Over all very lacklustre, unprofessional staff sent to do viewings and no ideas to help sell a property apart from the relentlessly lazy "Drop the price, drop the price" the battle cry of estate agents who don't really know how to sell.
Very much best avoided, much better options out there.”
