Called Jack after getting a recommendation from a friend who had recently completed. I was a first time buyer and didn't know about a lot of things.
Jack dealt with a lot of patience and answered each and every question of mine.
He made me understand things which was not his job to do. I always looked upto him for advice, sometimes not mortgage related but since he is an experienced professional he gave me some advice which really helped me.
The onboarding process was seamless, we had a teams call where he made me understand everything including insurance.
Got the application of interest from the bank within a few days, after I made an offer i kept in touch with Jack.
Best thing is - he replied back on the same day itself. Always clearing all doubts i had.
I had a lot of problems with the solicitors and my overall completion was quite delayed but he helped me get on a much lower interest rate. He changed the offer for me 4 times without complaining a single time.
