“From the moment you speak with Wilsons, you feel like you are in safe, professional hands. Their communication is second to none and you always feel that your opinion matters (even though they are the experts!). A box of chocolates for offering them the instruction to sell was a nice touch ... as was a second box on completion! Very much appreciated! No matter who you speak to in the office from the team, they are always professional, polite and curteous. New online estate agents may seem appealing at the time, and cheap, but I would highly recommend that you seriously consider using a local estate agents like Wilsons. The actual selling of the property is only the first step along the journey of actually exchanging and completing and in my case, a lot of chasing up from both my Solicitor and the Buyer's Solicitor was needed. Wilsons completely took the stress out of all this by their committed after sales work as well. Unlike online ones would. They will not stop working on your property until the actual completion, which is highly commendable. It might cost you a little bit more, but in the long run, you just cannot beat the 'face to face' approach for a hassle free and stress free process. Building up a rapport is extremely important - you just can't do that with an online estate agent. In summary, high recommended, extremely professional, do all they can to help the house move along - you just couldn't ask for a nicer, trustworthy group of people. Great brochure, impressive advertising, centrally based in the town centre and hard working throughout. Definitely worth the money. Thank you! From an extremely satisfied customer.”

“Of course buying a house can be a very stressful, emotional and exciting experience. But throughout I found Wilsons to be calm, supportive and constructive. “Wilsons were recommended to me which turned out to be a worthwhile choice. Very professional and helpful, keeping me fully informed on progress with viewings and eventually a buyer. Julia, who I dealt with most of the time, continued to monitor the sale, had her finger on the pulse and was in constant touch with both buyer, vendor and solicitors. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Achieved a sale very quickly despite tough selling conditions at the time. I was based over 2 hours away from place of sale, made the whole process very easy. The lady who dealt with my sale was proactive in encouraging action from the buyers, despite their solicitors being very slow and borderline incompetent. They charge a little more than some of the bigger names, but you get a more dedicated approach, same as anything in life..... you get what you pay for!”

“This is the second time we have used this family owned firm and on both occasions the service provided has been excellent. “I moved from Bristol to the Taunton area at the beginning of 2016. Although the Bristol property sold very quickly the Taunton end was in a long chain which prolonged the process. Julia at Wilsons was extremely professional and proactive updating me on the progress of my purchase. She called me on a regular basis and acted in my interests with understanding and I was confident that I could trust her to get things moving! When calling the office I was impressed that each and every staff member knew my name and property and were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend Wilsons as an agent of knowledge and professionalism and was very happy with the service I received.”
