They have good incentive discounts so I gave them anther try with my voucher. There's morning or afternoon deliveries but no slots such as; 3 to 4 etc. as with supermarket deliveries. To be fair this is to be expected Their meals as very small and the larger ones are more expensive. I compared one of their meals with Sainsbury's (same meal) as I wanted to know which of the two was the tastiest. Sainsbury's won hands down. I am sticking to supermarkets on-line frozen and chilled meals. Vary rarely am i disappointed. WFF hot desserts are quite tasty (cheaper than Oakhouse.) Sorry WFF but you will have to up your game to get me to order from you again. Same with Oakhouse and they are even more expensive. I have always added to both companies meals to make them larger and more appetising.

Used to highly regard WFF but since recent company changes and the added pressures and expectations being put on employees who are passionate about serving their customers, many drivers have left which is causing major and unacceptable delivery issues. The cost of meals have increased again but quality is on decline. Sadly I’m looking into an alternative supplier because it appears the new management is not about quality of service but reducing staff to increase the company’s financial gain.

The pictures make the food quite appertiseing. But believe me there far from that when they come out the microwave just a load of mush avoid

Meals are fair to good. But noticed when there were shortages delivered was not refunded back into the bank via card payed on. Phoned our local Wiltshire farm foods Poole Dorset the woman on the phone said we would only receive a refund if order placed on the phone. I said what if you didn't want to phone in an order. She replied well most people would prefer to speak to someone on the phone. Will be looking to find another company that is better organised in future.

Appalling customer service, never answer the phone if you have a question: which is normally regarding poor delivery. Won't be using them again for sure.

Very tasty food. Reasonably priced.Meat and veg content sufficient but oh dear In both the lamb and beef dishes one had to search for the tiny portions of actual meat. Won’t be ordering again which is a pity because the concept is ideal for a newly widowed elderly man

I had a terrible experience with this ‘company’ or maybe ‘outfit’ I live in Devon and I believe they’re way overpriced cmnon £5-7.30.00+ there’s no way I would use them in the future even though they sent out a reduced deal

Poor customer service - took 2 payments for meals - one after they were delivered because they ‘ forgot to charge ‘ - difficult to resolve - account cancelled - if you use this company keep an eye on your payments

Really bad customer service they took two payments for one order. I have contacted them several times but passed from pillar to post. Worst thing is a lot of elderly vulnerable people use this company and wouldn't notice or question bank statements. An absolute disgusting company taking advantage off customers.

I have experienced the same things where wiltshire take 2 payments for one order .you try get in touch with managerof the whitstable branch and he will not talk to you my order cost £30.16 But they took £54-82 but no response from manager.so please be careful when dealing with them as you will not receive any response

So looking forward to my meal of faggots mash & peas , bitterly disappointing - nothing like a faggot I've tasted before - bland/tasteless bullets in weak sloppy gravy. With how long Wiltshire farm foods have been in business I expected more.

Wiltshire farm foods. Not a farm. Not food. Trying to read over in hospital and have no meat no diary DIET. WFF provide brown slop and rice (spicy bean casserole). Brown slop and baked potato (Jackfruit and beans). The laughable "Provencale". Actually sliced potatoes on baked beans. All foul.

I cancelled ordering 18 months ago, and thought I'd give them a try again, havent a clue what has happened the meals burn around the edges, wheres the flavour gone, tasteless ,I ordered a new meal with a "dumpling" it so rock hard ,I broke a tooth trying bite it, have the chefs forgotten what seasoning is ,the new meals are tasteless, gravy on oven cook meals is see through brown water ,disgusted for the prices ,

I received a discount voucher from them, as I always order and pay for my elderly dad. I spent almost one hour on the phone trying to order several meals and use the voucher. I then got told to call Customer Services, because the order was being paid for by myself and delivered to a different address! When I called Customer Services and gave all the details - again she couldn't find my details - yet I have been using them for over 2 years. After much to - ing and fro - ing, I was told the order would have to be cancelled and re activated. This was after 30 minutes on the phone. It was as if they had never heard of me or my Father. I ended up having to cancel the whole thing, as I couldn't face another at least 30 mins, plus the cost of the calls. I'm not well myself either. So now my Father has no meals for next week and I am worried, trying to find an alternative. I did tell Customer Services that I am very unhappy and they have lost a loyal customer. Avoid this company

Placed first order promised next day delivery order never arrived! Telephoned customer service was told that I would receive my order 2 days later. I cancelled these jokers haven’t a clue very bad service won’t ever use again unprofessional

I have lived at my new address for two years been having my food from this company for years ,they sent it to my old address which I am so annoyed about as we haven’t lived there for two years ,if the person had pressed a button our new address was there ,then I was told by the same Person in nottm I will have to order again and I cannot get my money back to pay for it without head office approval his whole attitude was terrible I have used wiltshirfarmfoods for years but this has really upset me ,I am 77 and do not need this as I am in poor health that is why I have the meals delivered they are really good value for money which I can afford ,they have just gone up so I order 1 meal less
