“I am in the US and wanted to send gift vouchers to a friend in Norfolk. It was quick and easy to order online. There was a delivery snafu (not Wiltshire’s fault) and when I alerted Wiltshires they quickly re-issued the vouchers with no hassle at all. My friend enjoyed the meals she was able to get from Wiltshires. Highly recommend.”

“You dont have to spend a fortune, approx £20 before you order. Another company charges £40 per order. Both are giving value for money & lovely meals but sometimes people can't always afford the higher value at one time.”

“I am recently widowed and do not want to cook for myself. Wff are helping me eat healthy food. They answer the phone quickly, take my order and payment efficiently. The food is delivered on time, and if I phone first thing they tell me where I am on the delivery list . The meals are ok, there is a good choice , and they mean I am eating, because at present I do not want to go out and shop and then cook and then wash up. Great service for me”

“Its a pity that Easter only comes once a year! We have thoroughly enjoyed our Easter Egg biscuits. We have been thoroughly spoilt. Absolutely delicious! Thank you for your excellent service and divine food.”

“My husband has recently come home after being seriously ill in hospital. I am kept very busy caring for him and just haven't the energy to cook proper balanced meals so have tried Wiltshire Farm Foods for the first time. They are amazing - the food is very good and the service even better.”

“deliver high quality frozen meals including verions for people with difficulties chewing and so on. Very reasonably priced and tasty, nutritious food with plenty of variety to choose from. Ideal for back-up for young adults, students and for elderly relatives or just for the time-pushed. you can choose convenient delivery dates and the meals arrive promptly and well packaged. I bought 4 meals for my daughter who between zero-hours work and volunteering doesn't always have time to cook a proper meal. This is a great idea, easy to use the website and they have gluten free options which is ideal for us.”

“Living alone I have not been very good at cooking proper meals for myself. Now I don't have to. The variety of meals is amazing, and they can cater for people with particular health concerns. If desired one can order all three meals a day, or just the main meal. Cannot say which meal I like best as they all so good but my favourite pudding is the lemon sponge. Hmm, delicious.”

“Meals are easy to cook and well presented. Some could do with seasoning. However the desserts I have found disappointing. The bread & butter pudding is too sweet. The raspberry trifle ersatz and unpleasant with no real cream around. The ice-cream is also rather tasteless.”

“The ordering was simple, the delivery was on time and by a nice knowledgeable delivery driver. The food was absolutely delicious (I ordered 7 different dishes) I can’t fault any of them…… The portions are tiny 😬”

“I am a vegetarian and find that I have a reasonable choice from your normal selection, but am totally disgusted to find that from all MAIN MEALS offered in your Christmas catalogue, there is only ONE VEGETARIAN OPTION! We eat at Christmas too! You have a wide variety of options for gluten free customers Vegetarianism is widespread and I expected far better service from you! Whilst I’m in complaining mode, I trust you have decided to follow the requirements for CUMBERLAND sausage (80%+ minced or rough cut meat) instead of the unbelievable concoction yours contained when I checked some months ago! The Customer Service we receive is second to none! Totally reliable! Your prices are reasonable, your service convenient. We did not think to return the sausages; we threw them away! We have been customers for a considerable time , in my husband’s name, and have, somewhere, last year’s Christmas catalogue!”

“My mother (who is elderly) gets these meals delivered. The brochures look amazing, so last night I decided to have a break from cooking and I heated up a medium-sized Irish stew. I was very disappointed with a few tiny bits of meat, the bulk of the meal being cheap veg. The only positives were the flavour of the stew was reasonably nice and the meat was tender and easy to chew. In my opinion, the protein and fat content of the meal wasn't adequate enough to be nutritious. I think the meals are very expensive for what you get.”

“The meals are too expensive for what you get! The mash is cheap to make but you only get a tablespoon of it and as for the beef it’s like playing hunt the thimble and when you do it’s chewy and the vegetables are watery ! The best meals are the soups and puddings are ok”

“First time customer good service and delivery.Disappointed in quality of some of food Lancashire hotpoint had no meat in it and veg and potatoes are definitely frozen which I could easily prepare myself with half the cost Puddings nice but custard congealed after heating Certainly not value for money”
