Good Morning Ralph, I can see you have been reimbursed for both orders placed as you opened a financial dispute less than 48 hours after making the purchase? Would you like to confirm you are now in receipt of your reimbursement?

Nothing. Wing mirror wrong colour but the biggest problem is that you have no Customer Services Department to respond to emails on a problem which could be rectified so quickly. I will now have to be my money back via the credit card company.

Good Afternoon Martin, Please accept our apologies for any delays experienced, there has been a minor delay due to late stock deliveries which held your item, I can confirm that your order is now with our paint team and will be with you within 48 hours! Hopefully the standard of our painting service will impress you enough to forgive us for this inconvenience!!

Nothing! very poor product knowledge after telling your self on the phone what I wanted. Being told yeah that will fit then sending out two parts that were not compatable with each other.
