Good Morning Ralph, I can see you have been reimbursed for both orders placed as you opened a financial dispute less than 48 hours after making the purchase? Would you like to confirm you are now in receipt of your reimbursement?

“Nothing. Wing mirror wrong colour but the biggest problem is that you have no Customer Services Department to respond to emails on a problem which could be rectified so quickly. I will now have to be my money back via the credit card company.”
