“They responded very quickly to my request for an assessment of the dry rot problem we had in our house with the assessor attending within a couple of days, and we received his report a couple of days afterwards. The actual work commenced two days later (removal of affected timbers and plaster and replacement of flooring, followed by treatment of all affected areas). Plasterers finished the job soon after. All work was carried out with minimum effect on our lives and all workmen cleaned up after finishing work for the day. All in all, we were very pleased with the result.”
“The work man did not say he was finished and leaved with out saying bye. I thought he should have showed us the work done by going over it with the plan. I was very disappointed with this part of the service.”

“I would advise no-one to use this Company. I asked for wet rot to be treated on my property while on holiday. I return from holiday, find the job is not complete, my house still in a mess, no bath plug to bath my children and missing and broken tiles all over my bathroom. The shower screen is still leaking and now I am going to have to retile my whole bathroom, nice work! Avoid using this Company as this will just cost you lots more money. than you planned.”

“I would like to write a good review but it was one bad experience after another with this job i'm afraid:
The initial surveyor was quite happy to put the Flatmaster air intake immediately above a boiler flue outlet - a few safety issues there to say the least.
A failed promise on giving me 30 mins or so warning of the workmen arriving at the property.
And, the electrician didn't connect the Flatmaster properly i.e. he screwed the terminal screws onto the mains wire insulation instead of the bare copper - (it worked because the screw just and so pierced the insulation) a few safety issues there!”
