Excellent service from Jake. A very prompt and easy upgrade to services provided. I would recommend them 100% if you are in a rural area and need a good stable internet service.

A call today from Jake about making our broadband even better for the same price! Very clear explanation about contract choices and how to continue when we move house. Without Wispire here in the middle of the Norfolk countryside, all would be lost and we couldn't contemplate the awful Musk without feeling queasy.

Living in rural area I can’t believe how good our internet is with you, our previous supplier was rubbish, constantly phoning them as internet wasn’t working. Very pleased and no complaints, Thankyou

Been with WiSpire for many years, as BT/Openreach could not provide Broadband. Always had good service and any problems solved quickly. Just had an upgrade with a cheaper monthly payment.

Really poor service. Neighbours using other companies on the OFNL are informed in advance of planned outages. ITS don't do this. When I questioned why, I had a response that made no sense. I queried it and was ignored. Today I received an offer from them but responded to let them know I would be looking to leave at the end of the contract due to the above. They just said ok thank you. No interest from them in keeping customer or just generally trying to do better as a company.

Very helpful service with the personal touch which is so rare nowadays. Connection is so much better than I had before as I live in a south Norfolk village. Really useful to be able to speak to someone if I have any queries. Would recommend.

Great Internet service completed very quickly and what I said they could do without another thought, no trouble was to much for the team to do.

Been with Wispire for 3 months now. Best decision we made. Can now watch tv, fire stick and use our phones at the same time. Was on the old copper wire service before and the broadband was appalling. So grateful that Jake knocked on our door. Normally we don’t entertain cold callers but so glad we gave Jake a chance to explain the service.

I met Jake yesterday, who went through everything thoroughly with me, making it so much easier for me to decide which package I wanted. Jake was a pleasure to deal with and his customer service skills are excellent. Thank you

For the past three years, I’ve been paying £37.99 per month with InTouch for a 30Mbps package, but the experience has been disappointing. Half the time, the stated speed wasn’t even delivered. On our small development of seven households, we’re all experiencing slow speeds, often dropping to just 3 or 4Mbps during peak evening hours. Thankfully, Openreach is now installing full fibre broadband in our area, and we can’t wait to move on from this company. InTouch’s so-called “top” package of 30Mbps has been consistently subpar, making it feel pointless to pay for anything beyond the basic package. Considering it’s 2024, you’d expect higher speeds and better infrastructure, but they’ve shown no effort to improve or offer competitive packages. This company is stuck in the past and far from revolutionary.

This was once a very negative review… however, after having an engineer in my lounge for 2 hours I have fully functioning broadband at speeds and strengths like never before. Adam was a consummate professional who was stumped but persevered until it was up and running… so, superb service after all and he alone deserves the 5 stars.

If I could give no stars I would. Wispire use to be really good. I had no issues. However, Covid hit and the service standards have dropped. My internet often goes off or the speed drops significantly. I have been given every excuse under the sun for this reason. The best one, ‘your neighbour may have something that affects your internet!’ I pay £34.30 a month which is a lot of money for an unacceptable service. My internet hasn’t been working since last night. I have been at work today so have not had the chance to call them. I have come home tonight and there is still no internet. It’s Friday and they will now be closed until Monday. How this is acceptable? They are offering a service that is 24/7 but when it goes wrong (which is does often) you can only call during core weekday hours to sort it. I am paying for other subscriptions that I cannot use because they require internet and I am having to use my mobile data to do online stuff. They think they have the monopoly on people living rural but this will not always be the case as technology improves and competitors come into the market. I am thankful I now have a competitor who is able to offer a good internet service. I would in no way recommend this company.

We suffered for years with a BT's so-called "Superfast" broadband. Eventually we had about 5mB/s download and 0.8 upload at best. We lost the line at least 2 or 3 times a week and Netflix would often stop working in the evening. We asked WiSp to survey and they found a good signal near one of our outbuildings (we are surrounded by many large trees). They proposed to mount a receiving dish on the outbuilding with a pair of dishes linking to the house. We accepted and it was installed and working in a week. The surveyor and installer was the same person (Sebastian) and he did a great job, even painting the dishes and mounts black to blend in with the property as we asked. The dishes are small and unobtrusive. He set up the router for us and we had 32Mb/s download with 3Mb/s upload. The system has worked reliably since instal. We had a problem after a couple of weeks when the speed suddenly dropped. I called the customer help line and spoke to Adam, who carried out some diagnostics, confirmed the broadband signal was unaffected and informed me the problem was probably with the ethernet links to my PC (which I had installed). He suggested some ways to fix it and I was able to reset the links and resume normal service within 10 minutes. He even called twice afterwards to see if I needed any more help. The quality of service we have received from WiSpire is fantastic and shames all other ISP's that I have ever dealt with. We have a broadband service which is 6 times faster than before, no service dropouts and a named individual on a local phone who can help whenever we need him. And all this for less than we were paying BT. 100% happy, I recommend WiSpire wholeheartedly.

Hands down the worst internet connection I have ever used, dial up was better! If you like being locked into a contract that extorts money from you for an unusable connection then go for these guys, speed is quoted at 30Mbps and the most I’ve ever seen is half of that, if you raise the issue with service they just tell you it’s fine (when you actually get them to reply) as far as they can see and you can have an engineer visit but they will charge you a lot of money if they find no fault with their equipment, I’m counting down the days until my contract ends.

This company is a complete joke (apart from a guy called Darren who is the only helpful guy I’ve dealt with - frankly Darren you’re wasting your time with these guys - I’m sure there’s another company out there who would value your customer service ethos). Staff don’t return calls, are unhelpful and couldn’t give a damm. Save your money and go elsewhere.
