I placed an order weeks ago and received a notice it would arrive between 5/14 and 5/18. It is still not here and every time i called to check status it just said we can not take your call right now. When i finally got through to "someone" she was hard to understand but i think she said something about Pitney Bowes and West Valley City. I have now been on hold 51 minutes. What is wrong with this company. I wanted to order more things after I got my first product to check quality etc. I can not believe this mess. 2-3 weeks for US delivery and it does not come???
