“I built up points on my account from purchases and because I used them towards my purchase I didn't qualify for free shipping, which I would have got had I not redeemed my points. This is very wrong in my opinion. I have been speaking to advisors on what's app about this also. I am a silver member I spend quite alot on womens best items, but I won't be quick to return after this. I found this quite sneaky... I have just placed an order and used up the voucher amount i redeemed but I won't be quick to purchase again as I was entitled to free shipping”

It’s so saf when you redeem your point to get some extra discount. But when you apply the code, the shipping cost changes from free to normal.
So instead of 8€ discount, i got 3€ discount. This is not okay.
