“Received faulty product in May, timeline for refund was very lengthy. Then gift card code provided would not work. Only standard shipping cost covered. Terrible customer care considering women;s best provided the faulty product. No recognition of my compliants to Womens Best. Would not recommend this product or company”
“To be honest I’ve trouble with this website every time I try to order. Shipping takes about two weeks. It states 3-5 days of shipping but it takes over a week for them to dispatch. I also made an account awhile back and I can’t get into it for my rewards so each time I buy something it doesn’t get added into my rewards.”
“I am disappointed with the services. There should be chat available. I struggled for weeks to return my leggings, can’t exchanged for different size which is ridiculous. You have to pay for return or take a voucher. Really not happy. With voucher now I had to pay for the delivery, this is unacceptable. It was incredibly difficult to communicate via whatsapp, especially with a different person each time. My daughter likes your clothes, but i will not be purchasing again as customer service/communication was very unsatisfactory”
