The birthday promotion is a lie. I buy anyway because I need it but you are cheat clients on the starting price. Yesterday for example, whey protein cost 29,99 and today with the promotion 34,99. Your clients are not stupid.. doing it you'll loose them all!

Like all the other 1 star reviews, I don't know what's happening with this company but in less than a year of being a customer, it gets worse every time I order. Takes longer and longer. They cancelled my order i placed 3 weeks ago and gave me a gift card + 30% and free shipping to make up for the fact they screwed up. Great. They also said it would be processed as soon as I made another order. Great. Well that was 4 business days ago, order is still not processed and I'm still waiting for them to refund me from the cancelled order. They also said they have worked out the problems they were having. Lol BULLSH*T. F**k Womens Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve placed 3 orders with this company. The first one took 4 weeks to get to me, but they said there would be delays due to Covid so I was ok. The second one arrived on schedule but was missing 1/2 the items I ordered. It took me 2 weeks to get someone in Customer Service and they made me send them pictures of what I had and the packing slip. The packing slip showed that only 1/2 the items were shipped and they told me they would get back to me in a few days. They finally got back to me and told me they would just go ahead and refund me the amount of the missing items because none of them were in stock any longer. The third one arrived 6 weeks after I ordered it. The tracking information showed that it shipped 4 days after I ordered but then it just sat for weeks. I asked them about it and they said they were having issues with their shipping carriers and were trying to locate it. When it did arrive, it had all my items and 2 extra items that I assume were meant for another order. I love their products but this company does not have their customer service or supply chain under control. On the bright side their marketing department does a great job of getting people to the website, but everything is always out of stock so I’m not sure what the point is. I won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I love WB products, and was their costumer for a several years. Everything was fine. What happened to them now I don't know...I ordered 2 shape body shakes, received only one and it was UNSEALED!!! Smells like it is very old shake and of course they charged me me for 2. It's insane! I am trying to contact them but they simply ignoring me! They don't reply to my comments on Instagram, but they reply to positive comments bellow my comment. On what's up all I am receiving is auto replies that it might take up to 72 hours to get back to me and then after a few days that they can not see my messages after 24 hours! Really?! what a terrible customer service!!!! I don't have time to text you every day and what's the point if you are not going to reply. I need 2 shape body shakes that seals and not old, so please send them to me and provide shipping label for one unsealed shake that I got and also I need to exchange leggings for bigger size. I am usually XS but ordered S size and turns out I need M size. So if anyone wants to order active wear from them I suggest you to size up.

For such a "trusted" company I would give their customer service an F. Good luck talking to someone about your order that came missing items. They have my money but not my dignity. I'm never ordering from them again and will not recommend them to friends. Wow, for such a great company on the outside they are a savage animal on the inside...how do these people sleep!

Absolutely DISGUSTING service. I ordered my items in March for next day delivery. They took 6 weeks to arrive. A number of the items had stains on them. They did not provide me with a returns label and it would not allow me to process the return online. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. You can only contact them through message and they take days to respond. I posted my items back to them at the beginning of May. I received an email nearly 3 weeks ago saying my items had been received and they would process my refund and I still have not had this money back. I am waiting on over £200. Customer service are now telling me they don’t have my items back yet. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered items nearly three weeks ago on the recommendation from a friend and received the dispatch email, however the delivery date came and went and no package arrived. The tracking information has not updated and there is no delivery date. I have contacted the customer service on three occasions and given them the 72 hours to respond and still no one has gotten back to me. I cannot comment on the items yet but the customer service is very poor.

They were able to deliver on time. Except 1 of my 2 items were missing. The pre-workout, which is $31.49. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. They charged me for it anyway. I was really looking forward to it, but I am hoping I can get my money back if they decide to respond.

Shocking customer service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. It is utterly disgusting to make people pay for a product and then not deliver it nor respond to any messages. I will never buy from this company again and as a student I've just lost a week's worth of food money. Disgraceful!
