Wanted to return a pair of leggings because I didn't like them when I tried them on. The leggings cost me £28 and to return them was going to cost a further £12. That is ridiculous. Practically forcing me to keep them because returning them isn't worth the hassle to only get £16 back. Very poor and I would expect better from an online store that deals fully in deliveries. How are people supposed to return and exchange items if it costs £12 to do so???? We can't try on items in a store, therefore it shouldn't cost more than £5 to return because if you can't judge them instore how are you supposed to know how they'll look or if they'll fit? Scandalous in my opinion. Good quality leggings but the returns policy is ridiculous.

Returned my product back in November of 2021 and the credit for the returned products never hit my account. Their last tracking number doesn’t even show that the item was mailed back to them which I know it was and their customer service doesn’t get back to you any sooner than 5 days if at all. Can’t pride yourself on customer service if it’s going to take over a week to even respond. There should be an email or phone number to call not just text messages

I ordered some leggings, wore them once so haven’t even been washed yet and noticed there is already a hole at the bottom where the seam is!! Tried many ways of contacting womens best but like others have said - no response at all, will never purchase from them again, complete waste of money.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for a month for my refund and never got a response from them via email or messaged. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about it. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered on 26th December, still haven't received my order and Woman's Best will not reply to my WhatsApp messages. Should have received order on 6th January. Disgraceful customer service and I will never buy off them again and will certainly NOT be recommending them to anyone. Paid by PayPal so will be seeking a full refund. Not good enough Women's Best, worst company I have ever witnessed, no customer loyalty, take the order and take the money and then continue to ignore customer queries. 0 star review from me, joke of a company!!! Absolute shambles of a company, stay clear off this company people to avoid disappointment.

I’m still waiting to be refunded £80 from them from 22nd Dec. I can’t seem to contact them. They are not replying to me. If they aren’t going to refund me then send my order back at least!!!!!!! Absolute joke of a company!!!!!

Never order from this company. Waiting 3 weeks on an order that should have been delivered in 3-5 working days. Only automated responses received telling me to follow up with the courier company myself! Terrible customer service, they just don't care. Trying to get a refund through my bank.

No customer service when package lost. Ordered on the 19th November and it's been in the same place for 3 weeks. Told on the 6th it was arriving the next day. Wrote to them on Whatsapp and when they finally replied they said they cannot reply to messages after 24hrs of the user sending them. Never ordering again as it's literally the most infuriating customer service ever. Wrote to them on instagram and they were being really rude and condescending. Will make sure my family and friends know of this to go else where. Would give 0 stars if I could!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered on 11/26 and STILL didn't receive my order NOR ARE THEY GIVING REFUNDS GUYS!! You can only contact this company through TEXT ONLY & if you're like me, watching your package continuously getting delayed in germany, please don't even bother yourself in writing anything without getting a "dUe tO BlACk fRidAY" response. Call your bank, get your money back & order from a company that actually cares.

I ordered 2 tops fro this company and when they arrived I could not believe how small they were. They would not have fit a child let alone an adult. I returned the items and am now having all kinds of problems getting my money back. They say they have no record but DHL have assured me they were returned. As I am i Australia there is a time difference so whenever I send an email I speak to some one new and have to go through the whole process all over again. No one seems to keep customer details. I would give Zero if I could. Waste of $100. Will never order from them again

I made an order and used a discount code; so far so good. The I applied my Rewards Club points to get a further discount. Did not work but instead the price to pay INCREASED.
