BUYER. BEWARE. I don't know if this company is legit or not but I will NEVER (never, ever) shop with them again. I placed an order (my first order) for nearly $100 in March, I never received the merchandise, even after receiving an email from them in April telling me my order would arrive the next day. Well nearly 60 days later, it never arrived. Getting assistance with this company was equally a nightmare. You can only communicate with them after downloading a complete failure of an app called "WhatsApp". It's unfortunate that I can't even provide a review of the items I purchase because they never arrived. I truly thought I had been scammed. I was refunded my money after repeatedly telling them all I want is my money refunded. If I could rate this company and its service less than one star I would.

Really bad service!! I received my order 1 1/2 month latet and the surprise was that my box was empty 😳. Tried to contact but no answer. I just lost my money..

Terrible customer service. You can only contact them via WhatsApp and they take 5 days to respond and even then refuse to take ownership of the problem. It is not up to me to obtain written proof from FedEx that they have or have not lost my items, it is up to the retailer to do this!

I bought their leggings XS and I wanted to exchange them for a S. Still haven’t gotten a single response, you can’t even call them, it’s just through WhatsApp and Messages. What professional company does that?

Missing items - only way to contact them is on messenger. They say they need 5 days to respond. Ridiculous. You get what you pay for. Spend the money go to Nordstrom/Lululemon.

It’s been 2 months since my order and still haven’t gotten the leggings. Takes forever to get a response from them (5-6 days). They post fake 5 star reviews of themselves on trust pilot and flag the 1 stars. They seems to have plenty of time to protect their reputation online, but not take care of their actual customers

Awful. Order 3 products to the value of £55. They have sent my order to the wrong address and not responding to my whats app. Very disappointed. Will be contacting my bank. Avoid

Worst customer service!! You cannot call, you have to whatsapp them, and they take days to reply.....BUT with no resolution, just another copy/paste text. They did not put an item i ordered into my package. They will NOT send me the product, or refund me my money, because they are asking to see the packing slip that was included. BUT their company warehouse did NOT include any packing slip in my box?!?! So now, they are saying without sometime that THEY did not include, I cannot get the product I paid for OR a refund?!? WHHHHAAATTT??? that seems really brilliant way to steal from people! never again!!! there are tons of other supplements and workout clothes out there....

Besides the fact that the loyalty program is bogus, the customer service is really poor. I lost over $150 when I tried to return a package to them using their step-by-step process. The post office confirmed that the package cleared Customs in Germany, but Women's Best customer service claims that they never received the package. They have ignored my recent inquiry about the matter. Additionally, the quality of the products is poor. A pair of leggings I ordered started coming apart at the seams while I was trying them on. No leggings should be made this poorly. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I only received half the order. I have tried to contact Women’s best with no response!!! Would never shop with them again. Wasted my money.

The products are great, but this is the worst company on returns. I have sent two items back totally about £90 and still haven’t received my refund after 3 weeks! There is no number to call and no email to contact, just a WhatsApp number that nobody replies to. Shocking!!!

I ordered BCAAS and protein that came with a free shaker. After waiting 23 days for a package to be delivered(to Ireland) I opened the box and there was the BCAAs and the shaker but no protein! I got on to them through whatsapp(the only way you can contact them). They offered me a gift voucher, I asked for a refund thos went back and forward. I accepted the gift voucher. Went to reorder and the product was sold out. I first wrote to them on Tuesday its now Friday evening and I have gotten one message a day from there the issue is still unresolved. So now it will be Monday at the earliest when they get back to me a full month from the date I made the order. I am so annoyed won't be using the site again which is a pity because it used to be a good company.

I’m so disappointed. I love their product, when it shows up. I’ve lost an order and no one from customer service is getting back to me. I’ve contacted multiple times through that stupid text thing and I’ve also left 2 messages on Instagram. It’s really disappointing as a loyal customer to be ignored. I’m not rich, I can’t afford to just lose out on money like this. I’ve recommended this product to several people and o hope this doesn’t happen to them. Too.

Seems as though, everyone is having the same experience with this company. It's been three weeks; still no delivery. I've ordered from them in the past and my package arrived perfectly fine and I liked my items, but this will be my last time ordering with them. I understand shipping delays, but to purposely lack customer service though...?! Nah. Keep your coins and find another US based brand. Such a shame. Because you know influencers don't have to go through this for product that they AREN'T even having to pay for. You would think the individuals that have to pay for their items would be treated better.

Delivery date was whithin the timeframe however received my package damage/dent not happy. In addition I realize one of my items were missing but it appears on the invoice paperwork not charge but still charge me for the merchandise. Today marks my 3 day trying to reach them about my missing merchandise it’s been about 72 hours and no one hasn’t gotten back to me! Returning all items and not wasting my time heading to the bank to file a dispute!

I placed an order from this company on March 24th. I received false information from Fedex saying my shipment was coming April 6th. I never received my shipment and the company is claiming my order is still being processed.... $75 later it is now April 25, have still not received my order or heard anything. Have tried to contact customer service MULTIPLE times. Very hard to get into contact with. I will NEVER be buying from this brand again. Horrible customer service, horrible shipping times, it seems like a huge scam.

Terrible. I have had better experience from sketchy asian websites!! If you want to gamble your money and MAYBE recieve your whole order or MAYBE get a refund then go ahead. It has been 3 weeks and going since they've received my return and email claims I would be refunded in 5-7 days. Customer service basically just says "we are working on it!". But if you really go through their comments on social media (if not deleted already) people are having horrible experiences. The most common being only recieving some of their order after waiting 4+ weeks and customer service not replying to them or like me, NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I'm giving it 30 days and then going to my bank to dispute. I've gotten refunds from Walmart, amazon, kohls etc in less than a week. There is NO REASON to take almost a month or more. Supposedly used to be a great brand hence why it has had some great reviews in the past but as of the past year they're terrible. Like I said, if you want to gamble your money go ahead, don't fall for the 5 star reviews!
