“I ordered my items on 14 March and was told my package would arrive on 7 April. I received an email on 6 April saying my order will arrive the next day but nothing came. After waiting for a few days I contacted them and they said it would arrive in 72 hours. When it didn’t arrive I contacted them again and they said it would arrive in 72 hours, which again, was another lie. I contacted FedX and they couldn’t find my package because the shipping information hadn’t been updated since 27 March. Now their processing time has increased to 20 days before they can ship an order so I definitely don’t recommend them because it’ll probably take 2 months before your items arrive. The fact that you can’t call is frustrating.”

“I am highly disappointed with the products and service I received.
I first placed an order January 20, 2021 and reached out on February 3, 2021 only to find out that my order needed to be cancelled and refunded due to certain items being sold out. I only found out about this because I saw the order was still under the “processing” status for 2 weeks.
I decided to place another order and give the products another shot.
After placing my order, I got a call on February 26, 2021 from FedEx in regards to the delivery of this order. They told me I needed to pay duties and taxes of $67.82 CAD for my WB order. I was very surprised and unhappy to hear of this additional charge as there was nowhere specified on the website or on my invoice of my package being subject to these charges. I found this quite misleading and deceiving.
I received the items 4 days late (I understand that this may be due to COVID) and opened the products and was again highly disappointed.
The quality of the leggings were not what I expected. The logo/label is coming off the pants. And there is a loose thread that will unravel the product if I tug on it.
The vanilla vegan protein does not taste good. It is gritty in texture and does not taste like vanilla at all.
I can't even write a review on their website as the functions will not work.
I would really like to return these products as they do not meet the standards of the reviews of what was promised. However, I am reluctant to return these as the website says I would be responsible for the shipping fees which probably amount to the refund I would receive anyway.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS.”
