I've been a member of your pro program in the past. It was not recognized for this purchase. Am I still a member and if so how do I access it? The numbers for the Salice hinge plates shown in the product literature was not recognized when I tried to order, 131-369 for example, and the hinge I tried to order was not available (131-237). This frustrated and took too much time.

It took me two days to place the order, the web site would not take me to the payment screen. Also, the site said orders over $400.00 would get free shipping but I was charged $25.00 for shipping.

Hello Glenn, I cannot apologize enough for any charged shipping. Our system should NOT have charged you for shipping on your order since you met the minimum requirements for free shipping. I have passed this on to our billing department to get you a refund asap.

Your web site security is very frustrating. My old password was not acceptable and tried to reset with a new password. Never did access my account and had to place order as a guest. Lots of B. S. and unlikely I will order again here anytime soon.

Seems expensive, especially for the nails (which I did not purchase). Also, one of the few vendors that does not do Amazon Prime. Also, no option to order without account set up. Should have a sign in as Guest option.

Lots of problems with website. I had to reload twice. A third strike and I would have given up. And please implement Apple Pay. It simplifies things A LOT.

Functionality of web page is barely acceptable. For example, a search for a particular product using the "part number" cited in the catalog did not lead to the product. Technical information about products in catalog and web pages is inadequate.

Many of your bargain bin deals are unbelievable, but that page on your website is excruciating. When you click on a link for an item then hit the back button, it takes you back to the top of the page. that isn't such a big deal with a couple of dozen products, but with 2,500 ...? And, yes, I know that a person can right click and open the product page in another window/tab, but if you forget a time or two the blood starts to boil.
