This is about setting up an account, it took 8 tries to enter a password in order for the system to let me create an account, the passwords that I was trying are not what anyone would use. Other than that I would give at least 4 stars.

Hello Roy, we apologize for the confusion but can happily assure you that you are not required to make an account to checkout with us. You may happily ignore any prompts if you want to checkout as a guest. We'll look into ways to make sure this is an easier assumption when shopping with us in the future.

Shipping insurance is not necessary on small, low orders I am trying the hinge out and just needed a sample. I wasn't ordering the crown jules.

Your creat an account page would not accept any of my offered passwords and wouldn’t show any guidance on form.

Required to provide a “complex” password in order to create an account but there is not any guidance on what is acceptable so I was unable to create an account. Clicking on the question mark did nothing.

This is the second time I am ordering these slides first order was lost in shipping . I called twice and was told that new ones were on the way. That never happened. Now I am ordering 20'' slides when 22'' slides are really what I need just to get the job done. I guess when my CC statement comes I will see if I was credited for the lost slides. Very unhappy with the shipping cost. $17.50 is too much for shipping - if I weren't in such a bind, I'd say forget it - I still am not even sure whether these are exactly what I need and then I will have to pay to return. It also says 10 business days to receive. You could ship USPS priority mail for $6.95 if they fit in the box and it wouldn't take any longer than 10 days to receive. Shipping is a ripoff

Glad to find what I needed, however shopping cart program is very problematic and frustrating. Almost went somewhere else to make purchase. However my persistence finally paid off. Unable to complete order from my iPhone. On desktop, at each new screen it appeared as though I was logged out from my account,, asking if I wanted to login, with my needing to fill out blank fields.
