“On-line ordering of JE Moser aniline dye in quantities of more than 1 oz is a pain. Catalogue says dye can be purchased in 1,4, and 8 oz sizes but no ability to order anything but 1 oz size. If it’s only available in the small size then change the catalog to reflect that fact!”

“Not to be rude or anything, but I filled the thing out one time and didn't get a confirmation email. Now I am doing it again, and hopefully I'll get one this time. But this thing is turning out to be kind of complicated.”

“I copuld not find a 10mm bit here as I just bought a hinge that needed it. I had to go to amazon to get one after spending a liong time trying to find one here. Then checking ouyt was a pain - I went to paypal thinking I had to, and said it was applying an offer but could not find what I was supposed to be signing up for. When I tried to cancel this, I had to re-entry all my infor to order what I wanted.”

“I tried to login/create an account but it would not except my email user or the password code I typed in. Tried to reset with no luck either. Then I couldn't view my cart at first, I had re-order something just to bring it up to view cart, then cancel the extra order just get to check-out. I have ordered many things on line from other places and this was/is the most difficult I've encountered. I've worked in a cabinet shop for over 33 years, retired now so I'm no stranger to this sort of thing. I want to continue to purchase from you folk's and have in the past with the cabinet shop I was with. But today was a struggle unacceptable. Please explain yourself.”
