When i ordered the dough i was expecting it to be much better packaged. The dough was starting to defrost, not good as frozen products should not be refrozen. The dough did not come in any manufactures packageing, consequently, i didnt have any defrost instructions, use by dates or helpful hints ...etc
When i ordered there was also an offer of free pizza toppings, these didnt arrive!
So a great product was let down by simple and easily avoidable mistakes. I will expect a better service on my next order.”

I purchased a bag or 12 Neapolitan dough balls.
They arrived quickly via DPD well packaged with ice packs to keep the part frozen.
I don’t have a pizza oven so had to cook them in a conventional oven but followed the instructions for defrosting and they cooked and came out amazing.
My dough stretching needs some practice but everyone loved the pizzas, I’ll definitely be ordering again.
I love the fact that the sealed bag stays in the freezer until we want them again and they have very 12 months date on which is great, not that they will stay in the freezer that long.”

“My mixer broke and needed an alternative. I bought a pack of 12 250g dough balls. Timely delivery. The frozen cool pack within helped to keep them frozen. There may have been one or two that was starting to thaw but understandable. Straight into the freezer they went. I did a 24hr defrost with 4 hour prove in the warmth. They cooked beautifully in my Ooni and tasted great. Very happy.”
