Good, clean and roomy accommodation. Nicely kept park, good shop and good facilities. Friendly staff. I would like to receive an e-mail confirming my Booking as they don't seem to do this unless you actually ring them up and ask for one.

Sorry the only thing that went wrong was you add a pet charge built into your booking system and I was wrongly charged I the process.

My husband & I booked 5 nights with our dog, the caravan we booked was called beach retreat, it was small inside & quite basic, there was a very compact toilet, not the most comfortable bed, & a very thin duvet, we went in October, we did take extra blankets, good job because it was quite cold in the evenings. All of the dog friendly caravans were situated at the back of the park close to the area where you could walk your dogs, we took our dog out expecting to find a big open space to let him run around, but there was just a pathway through the woodland, so we walked down to the beach to let him runaround, walking back from the beach was all uphill, hard going if you're not used to it. we couldn't get any signal on our phones inside or outside the caravan, it states on the website, that you can pay £5 a day for wifi, but it's only certain caravans that get wifi. Overall a nice holiday, accommodation could of been a bit more spacious, & disappointing that we couldn't get a signal or wifi, but apart from that the location is beautiful with stunning views.

Easy to book holiday, to see sites and availability. Booked accommodation that was dog friendly, but you add an additional £30 right at the last minute to the pricing. This is deceptive, you need to make the pricing like Ryan Air

The 'over the phone' booking and website booking should be the same price. I found I had to make a couple of phone calls and then to get the price I had seen advertised I have to revert back to the internet.

Dear Mrs Trevis Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read you are disappointed with your booking experience but are looking forward to welcoming you to our Parks. We would have to respectfully disagree that the online and phone prices should be the same; when booking online you are using a "self service" method of booking, whilst booking by phone our advisors are able to check the details and provide a personalised experience. We think both of these services are essential to our routes to book, but as online booking incurs slightly less cost including confirmations sent by email only rather than by post, we think it is right and fair to pass this cost saving on to our guests who choose this route to book. Equally, from the opposite angle, paying by credit card incurs significantly larger charges imposed by the card processors like Visa and Mastercard, and we think it is fair to pass these charges on to customers using this route rather than spreading the cost onto customers who pay by debit card. Hope that helps explain and we look forward to welcoming you to Woolacombe Bay. ^kd, social media team

Had problems booking as the system recognised my email address from a booking earlier this year which I had done over the phone so I didn't have a password so after a couple of attempts I managed the booking.

we have just come back from staying in you caravans for people that have dogs it was very basic but for what we paid acceptable. But even cheap it should be clean a chap named Jack left us a card.I do not want to get anyone in to trouble but it was not just him(unless he cleans the same caravans every time) but the dust on top of cupboards cobwebs in shower room dirty grill pan with food stuck to it .Also the cups could not have been checked as one was half filled with sugar which I dropped all over me, not happy with that we did ask to upgrade but no others that take dogs fair enough.everything else on the site staff food very good I just think a little more attention to detail would be good. I would come back to the site if I knew it would be clean. Sorry about this but I was not the only one complaining. We were on Woolocombe bay G field Mr & Mrs Nolan got back today

Ridiculous to charge 5 pound for wifi when you have unlimited access rip off most of the people on the park were of the same opinion

Our 2nd time at Golden Coast first time we stayed in gold lodge and was really impressed. This time we decided to stay in the silver villa and was extremly disappointed with the accomadation. The bathroom was awful cracked tiles, all the fittings were rusty there was no bath mat in the over bath shower or on the tiled bathroom floor making getting out of the shower safely extremly difficult especially for someone with mobility problems like myself.Bedrooms had cracks and paper hanging off the walls and drawers in furniture broken. The beds had the hardest matresses I have ever experienced , like sleeping on concrete. Not a great experience for Over £1200 that said the site its self was good, kids loved the entertainment and was plenty to do If you do decide to book I would definitely go with the slightly more expensive accommadation

Caravan could do with refurbishment. Distance to beach described as near park it so wasn't. At least ten minutes by car. Kids enjoyed their entertainment. Staff on reception very helpful.
