I went into the website through Google and had a problem when trying to book as the icon to proceed didn't show. I used the chat online with Hanna which was almost instant. I then came out of the website and went back in using another search engine and it worked fine. It was very user friendly and instant.

I was happy with the online booking service, it was much better than the service I received on the phone, especially since on the phone I was told there was no availability for the dates I wanted - which proved not to be the case when I looked online

Although the site had all the amenities needed, On the touring side of things I wasn't impressed with the heating and hot water temperature, and had to endure a not so hot shower in a cold block.

I didn't like having to go back to apply a promotional code. Other e-commerce sites allow you to enter it right up until the point of payment. I also found it frustrating not being able to directly select Woolacombe bay. I nearly booked Twitchen house by mistake as that was the first site offered based on my requirements. I knew exactly where I wanted to stay from the outset, but couldn't seem to jump straight into a direct selection.

Disappointed to hear the layout for booking the "extras" has changed since we visited last year and nothing explained visually on the website, it's only through previous experience that I noticed this, but not received any notification of this. Apart from that, all as good as normal and looking forward to our holiday.

Quite easy to use, but wasn't sure why my dog was added at the part where you click the number of adults, children and dogs, as later I was asked to click bringing a dog as an extra. Or was it that the dog was included and the dog check box in the extras was for extra dogs? No idea, but otherwise great place and easy to book.

If you use a web based mail account and leave the booking site to check a reset password, you cant get back to the login link to follow up the password reset. The cynic in me would say you were forcing me toward phoning your 5p minute call line. In the end I just had to create a new account with a different email address which was a bit of a ball ache but hey !! Overall a good website

When I booked it all seemed very good I received my Booking Reference 385235 and was told I would be sent a email confirmation. This was on Sunday morning 24 Jan 2015 but I still have not received this email. I have sent emails requesting it but I keep getting told to check my Junk & Trash, which I have done and no Confirmation email has been sent. In the end I had to ring Woolacombe Park telephone No. and I was told they would send it my Post. This has been very stressful! Susan Barnett

I have booked our holiday but then never received the confirmation. I did speak to a member of staff at Woolacombe who said she was going to resend it to an alternative address but still to date I haven't received it

Dear Mrs Morris, Thank you for booking with us and for your feedback. I note that your email is a Blue Yonder address; recently they have implemented an extremely strict, perhaps far too overzealous, spam policy - a Google search on the subject will show that many email senders have had similar problems with even requested transactional emails like the one you wished to receive. From our point of view this is frustrating but we are unable to affect Blue Yonder's policy. Unfortunately, there seems to be little solution for us although we would urge users who are dissatisfied with Blue Yonder's spam policy to take it up with them or to start moving to alternative email providers. We can of course send a new confirmation by post if you still have not received an email confirmation or if it is not in your email spam folder, if you'd like to receive one please call our reservations team on 0343 2080 390. You will also be able to view your booking in the My Account area of our website. ^kd, social media team

Dear Mr Custis, Thank you for booking with us and for your feedback. If you have booked our surfing simulator, you will be able to book a time slot when you arrive on Park or alternatively our sports area opens again for the season from 12th February and you'll be able to book a slot by telephone on 01271 872 350. However, it is not necessary to pre-book and the vast majority of guests book on Park once they have received their activities and entertainment guide so that they can plan their week. If you have booked our surf lessons, then you will receive a phone call from one of our surf instructor team members. For bowling, again pre-booking is not necessary, but is advised as soon as you arrive on Park to secure your choice of slot. You can pre-book by calling 01271 872 011, but like our sports area our bowling complex is not staffed until 12th February when the Park re-opens for the season. It was not the easiest of sites to navigate with all the sub menus you needed to go into. I ended up booking the wrong property but as there was no way to change it, I left it. It was the second choice anyway. The site frequently threw me out of my account without logging out which I found exasperating. The site needs tinkering with!

Easy enough although rather slow confirmation of booking. It would be nice if the park accepted PayPal for on-line bookings.

Was a pain that was not able to do a group booking online and would of had to ring up which would have cost silly amounts!! We got round the problem in the end though!
