I managed to confuse both myself and the system because I was booking 3 caravans for the same period - I think by giving the names of the people in each van rather than mine asthe account holder. Perhaps some clarification for people making multiple bookings would be useful. The online chat facility is useful and effective.

The accommodation was good and the entertainment was quite good, considering what we paid. The only small grouse we had was that the bigger swimming pool, which was in one of the other camps had a mushroom shaped 'fountain.' We were with an autistic child, and I found the noise of this horrible, he just screamed and we could not get him anywhere near either of the on-site pools after this, which is a shame as he loves swimming. A notice on the door of the swimming pool (something just warning us about the noise levels) would have made our experience much better, as we would not have taken him there. Apart from that we had a lovely holiday.

we couldn't find a lodge/caravan for august that we could have with the dog. the online help was useful. We have booked to camp.

Had a nice holiday,was told i could have a second holiday discount of 15% if you come back in same year. I went on to book return holiday only to be told because the holidays have a special price on you do not get the 15% off the price. I think this is so unfair it should be 15% off the second holiday regardless if the park as special prices on,i didn't ask them to put a special price on i just wanted what they had told me i could have had.

The final screen that tells you your booking is being processed and not to refresh or do anything froze. This meant that I had to pay for a phone call to check it had gone through. The lady was very helpful.

Looking up the holiday we wanted was good but I found it quite confusing when trying to reset my password. I received the automated e-mail quickly, but when I entered it in the website it seemed like it wasn't recognised and my address details didn't appear as promised. I managed to muddle through, but I wasn't able to change the password to one personal to me. For the life of me I can't find 'My Account' in the website to reset it again.

SLIGHTLY CONFUSED AT FIRST WHEN BOOKING THAT PRICE QUOTED JUMPED FROM £196.50 TO £211.50 BUT WORKED OUT IT WAS DUE TO THE FACT WE WERE BRINGING OUR PET WHICH INCURED AN ADITIONAL £20. HAVING SELECTED AT THE START WE WANTED PET ACCOMODATION I THOUGHT THAT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED.I CANNOT SEE THAT ANYONE (WHO IS NOT BRINGING A PET) WOULD INITIALLY SELECT PET FRIENDLY AS THEIR FIRST CHOICE.

Not being tech savvy I found it difficult to re contact the site when my gizmo crashed. But that was my problem. Over all it was easy to navigate

This will be our third visit to one of the Woolacombe Holiday Parks and they are great for us and our dog. Really not a fan of the new website though. It's not user friendly, seems to be more awkward to navigate and keeps trying to upsell. Don't let this put you off booking though.

The information on the accomodation times is not that clear. Websites of other campsites is easier to navigate and clearly shows the differance between bronze, silver etc.

Good presentation of parks, apparently easy booking, but when we thought we selected Twitchen House, we ended up with a confirmation for Woolacombe Bay Park. Not sure, whether the fault was on our side.

website was difficult to navigate around and refer back to to different sections, eg going from comparing accommodation styles to chosing a park

Booking ok but not as good since you changed look of system. We used to get a breakdown of what was due before entering card details but now it's one figure at the top of screen so after entering card no there is no chance of amending anything before making final payment.
