Not clear from info whether I had to pay the extra £3 per night for pup tent or whether one pup tent was included in the basic pitch rate so I paid the extra in case

part 5 of 5 crashed twice on iPad. Used PC and had to reset password !! Login button not obvious.

Simple quick booking on website. Annoying surcharge for credit cards and no option for American Express. Would have been nice to pick actual accommodation location. Is free wifi available in the accommodation?

First few times I tried to book it threw me out after step 4. This may well have put some people off.

webpage expired when I clicked the final link after entering payment details - the final click. Online help-team was quick to respond but unable to confirm if the holiday was booked without my making a phone call. I resumed the process later on receipt of the email link but was glad my holiday wasn't gone by then

Thank you for your feedback. If the confirmation does not come through it tends to be one of two things, which are both unfortunately out of our control: 1) If the email address is incorrectly spelt when making the online booking, but in your case you have received the review email so it must be correct as they link into the same system. 2) And by far the most common, is overly aggressive spam filtering - and Hotmail and AOL are notorious for this. Each confirmation comes with a PDF attachment which your email client could view as junk; I've requested another today but please check your junk folder as it is likely to be there given that you have a Hotmail address. Site was a little confusing and I was pleasantly surprised when I finally completed my booking. Being charged extra for a pet when I do not have one was a nasty surprise!

It was good until I had to look for the missing value shown "in yellow". No yellow anywhere!!! Very annoying.
