Nothing special about the site. Wasn't difficult to use. Shame you don't have more detailed photos of accommodation. Had to go into other sites and look. All very average to be honest.

I found it very difficult to book on my phone once i found the accomodation. I was going to give up but then it worked

Pitch good size.showers let us down reported them twice.in pot wash room hot tap was cold. Cold was hot also was reported.restarant and some of the other eminatis need a little updating.in some ways that spoiled the holiday as the price we paid didnot mirror the quality we thaught we would be getting

Everything is fine except the "forgotten password" option. On a gmail account this can take hours to come through, if it comes through at all. As mine didn't arrive, I just started a new account from scratch and booked that way.

I made an error in the booking and called less than 15 hours later and was still charged a £25 admin fee- this is disgusting.

Your website needs to be clearer as to where the campsites are located, i had to go onto google maps and find them myself, this is very important to me. The part where you enter your card details is too small, hard to see what you've typed.

Found site kept closing and initial searches showed early bird price, then I got another larger price before finding early bird prices again all for the same week : annoying Still prefer pen and paper Confirmation sent via email too. Now I have to go and ask someone to print it of for me : anoying

I was told I had a second holiday discount. it isn't clear whether this has been applied to my booking. Also I tried last night to make a booking but it would not let me progress past the holiday protection section. I have managed to make a booking but I have noticed the prices have increased this year by about £50-80. I have been going to the camps for ten years and its great to see the improvements, however the price dsicrepancy between the camps is off-putting; how is it the same price to stay in a caravan in October and a house?

First on line attempt failed .Message on screen appeared giving me a number to ring. Operator did not know why the booking had failed. Suggested I try to book on line again. This time the booking went through.

Had to phone up first to find more details about pitch sizes & no mention online about woolacombe holiday park on poor access on touring caravans over 21ft but otherwise all ok

your website is reasonably easy to use, though it shut down the first time. I also had to telephone to find out whether duvets/pillows were included in the caravans, we have not been in a caravan for a long time and things have changed. As we have annual insurance, a tick box further up the website would work better, rather than at the bottom where it is not easy to spot But all in all simple and quick to use

Booking a touring holiday I found difficult to choose the right pitch due to lack of description unless I was not looking in the right place, but after a phone call and a helpful assistant I got there, hope the holiday turns out to be as good......thank you

Didn't mention £20 for pets or the other thing which I assume is insurance before booking. Didn't like that.
