We stayed at twitchen and the place was lovely the only thing I felt let down by was the reception staff was not helpful, we wanted to upgrade and wasn't helpful

Some of the functionality was not user friendly, and the number of available pitches is not truly representative. These do not change as bookings are made. Disappointed that apparently when l booked there were only 2 available pitches.. This has now gone up and cost has come down.. Still looking forward to our holiday though..

I felt under pressure as it was an offer and said ends midnight so rushed to book and it didn't end then, feel like this was falsely represented

When I went into the Website, the Holiday park I wanted did not come up right away, had to reapply a couple of times.

When trying to search availability either the date or number of nights kept dropping out and I had to start again. When processing the booking there was no "safe payment" comments for example: Verified by Visa - no sure if your site has one.

Site was easy enough to navigate, the Trip adviser icon doesn't take you to the their site. Overall experience as expected. Thanks

My surname is spelt with an apostrophe and your system didn't seem to like it and lost all the information I had put it. I had to start all over again and spell my name incorrectly so that your website would accept it.

Making a booking for 4 vans on 4 separate bookings seemed a bit pointless and time consuming. but apart from this it wasn't too bad.

Unfortunately right at the end of the booking the site crashed and I had to start again, luckily it kept most of my details and holiday is now booked.

It's no different to any other websites and still required phone calls to clarify info not available on booking pages

Navigation around the site doesn't flow very well. If this was improved it would be a great site.

The original price quoted was misleading. The villa was pet friendly but the addition for bringing a pet was not included to the booking page. The holiday protection insurance should be offered as an option which can be selected not an option that needs to be removed.

Very annoyed as balance had to be paid 6 weeks before holiday date and we had an exceptional bill for the car to sort out which meant to save losing our deposit we had to borrow money even though we had promised to pay by 23rd. There was no negotiation - rules are rules attitude very disappointing

I did have trouble at first completing my booking, after entering my details several times it appeared that if I took out the ' in my surname O'Brien I was allowed to complete to booking.

Had to make several attempts at booking. After entering the number of people going on the holiday I could not move to the next step. Finally got here after several trys.

I would have liked to have been able to see the location of the beach retreats on the site map. Felt a bit of an 'unknown quantity' to just book without any idea of where they are located in relation to the rest of the park. Otherwise a quick and easy, clear booking online.
