Didn't like the insurance being automatically added. Also felt the charge for pets was a bit last minute.

I had a great deal of trouble making this booking, I'm guessing because my browser is not up-to-date (I have IE7 still) It would be helpful if you could publish your minimum broswer specifications?

The process was easy to follow and useful in the way it listed the available caravans in our price range and relevant dates. However, the cheaper price requiring full payment straight away should be made clearer.

I love the area, we stayed there last year and really enjoyed it. The booking process was a bit of a nightmare as it took me 4 days to actually book the holiday due to account being duplicated which wouldn't let me log in.

difficult to find specific information about the different pitches, no explanation of what a PUP tent is and not informed until the very end as far as I can see that a pet is an additional charge. Also spa voucher booked but no details of how/where to redeem it - has the system checked for availability? what if there are no convenient spaces available while I'm away? I haven't seen any booking in/out times; whats the latest we can arrive? Nothing has been sent giving details of events/schedules etc during my stay. BUT generally a good site, lots of positive points!

Had problems completing my booking, kept bumping me out before I could pay. All booked now though.

Had difficulties as I had forgotten by very old account details, in particular the password. No facility to request you send me a reminder. Fortunately I had an alternative email address otherwise I would not have been able to complete the booking.

Was frustrated that the beach caravan was offered at £129 for 3 nights from 4 April .... Yet when I went to book I would have had to pay the extra £20 as it was a pet friendly despite no dog accompanying myself ! This is a false offer as it was for £149 and not the offer price ! In the end I went for the bronze but feel disappointed as I was looking forward to the outside space from the decking on the beach caravan.

The site istself is easy to navigate and has good functionality meaning it is easy to book the right option. The only reason it isn't excellent is that it only supports updated internet browsers.

your web site is easy to use, one negative- the card fee should be transparent, not tagged on at the end.

Booking was ok, but not pleased to find after booking this years holiday, I get an email from you, saying pets go free. I had just paid £20.00 for my dog. But still looking forward to visiting. I do think maybe, a bit of thought should be used. Easy to offend someone.
