It was quite hard to find the right bit to log onto and when you were asked if you wanted to spend your vouchers it didne seem to let you spend them.

Was disappointed that I had to pay £20 for pet I don't have just because it was a pet friendly accommodation.

the booking took me longer than normal would not let me book ? don't know why tried to phone telephone no from brochure no answer booked it on my iphone ok

I was booking on my iphone so some of the fields were not aligned correctly when I gave credit card details but overall an easy process to follow.

I have booked before and couldn't remember my password. That function did not work and I had re-enter my details. Also it took a while for the email confirmation. Service needs to be a bit sharper

Everything fine with exception of choosing how to pay. You are given 3 choices but the choice has a default selection of payment in full. My order went through as payment in full when I wanted a different option. Would be better if none of the boxes are highlighted and you are sent back if you missed it.

Password reset takes too long. Payment card detail screen out of line to data boxes you enter. Otherwise simple, it will be a great holiday as always.

Holiday quoted as £205 which we saved for later, a few hours later I retrieved the quote and was charged £218! I even ran the same quote and it came as £205 so not impressed we have been over charged before we have even arrived. No explanation given on the booking and no extras added.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the price of your holiday. Saving a holiday only saves the details, not the availability and pricing, and we do display that as a warning when saving the holiday. As availability can change then a saved holiday may not be there when coming back to it, even after a short time on popular dates like school holidays, and the price may have changed also. We link our prices to availability and rate of sale, so when a break is booking up very quickly then the prices will change more frequently. I have checked your booking and can confirm that it is the correct selling price for your break at the time you booked. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Booking process was easier, but still have no booking confirmation email. Phoned up earlier to ask and still waiting for email.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble receiving your confirmation. I have checked your booking and can see that the confirmation was sent out immediately when the online booking was made, and subsequently two further confirmation emails have been sent by two of our holiday advisors - have you checked your email's "junk" folder? Because the email has the confirmation as an attachment, depending on how your email is set up, it may be seeing it as spam email. Alternatively please call our reservations team to check the email address on your booking or we can post one out to you.

I kept being sent back a page. My login doesn't work for me to check my booking details. I was sent no confirmation of my booking.

The problems you report sound like issues with browser set up and email spam filtering; your email provider is one of those who are quite aggressive at marking incoming emails with attachments as spam.
