Had difficulty accessing my account online. Also, very disappointed that I couldn't see photos of inside some of the accommodation. Would also like a receipt for my booking via email which I haven't received so far.

The site doesn't show people's reviews. It would of been to look at reviews before booking. Other then that, the accommodation that I've booked was very cheap and I look forward to our holiday

It's a bit bad how you put who is coming I put a dog you told 149.00 then when you get to the bookings form you then tell me it's gone up by 20.00 for the dog .

Having a password for booking a holiday is a right pain! I tried with the new password which was sent to my email four times - each time the computer said incorrect!! On the third new password things worked!!

Thank for your your feedback. We try to strike a balance when it comes to our accessible accommodation because booking a holiday park isn't the same as booking say a hotel. This is because our Park layouts vary and so do our guests' needs, so we think it is better to have a telephone conversation to ensure that the holiday meets your requirements. I found the pricing misleading as I thought it included the dog but then got charged extra for it. I also found the website confirmation omited the fact that I had paid for the dog and the cancellation fee. However, these were included on the email that I then received.

Page froze after completing all party details. Wold not continue to next stage. Had to end booking and redo it all again. Booking from iPad.

Hi, this was the optional "new model upgrade" which you chose to add at the point of booking to guarantee a newly refurbished lodge which would have shown in the booking process. Hope that helps explain, ^kd

initially called to book but didn't find the person particually helpful so decided to book online and save £10, easy online booking form.

Its ok it does give availability quickly. Booking is relatively easy. I would say the site is similar in speed and performance to other similar sites.

had to book a second time got through past the payment part and had a booking n0 but no money was taken from my account so did it twice worked the second time though

Really great facilities which makes it a really popular and busy park. Only problem was the bad language used by other campers was not suitable for our little girl. Will probably try a a smaller quieter campsite next time.

I Booked holidays last year with my grand children and it was really good experience so I thought we will book it again this year it was all good and easy to book but after sale service was very poor, I asked to change my pitch at reception to a grass one but they said there was none available after requesting to look she gave me a number of the pitch 34 K which was already taken then I called them and she said go to K48 that was also taken so i told her that there were pitches empty in J and I block can you please look and give me one of them but she said they were all booked, so we had to stay on gravel that my dogs hated and did not like walking on and would not stay out of the motorhome it made my break very difficult and weather being bad i could not do any thing and returned home a day early knowing that so many pitches were empty through out the duration of my stay and i had a horrible time where my dogs were not happy because there was no grass any where on that block where I could have tied them they love sitting and rolling on the grass, So seeing the after sale customer service I will have to think twice recommending the site to my friends and family.

The price seems quite good but then you have to add on a the extras! Other parks the price is all in and much more clearer.

When trying to look at the accommodation it states 2 bedrooms but only 1 bedroom was shown. When you are looking to see if the accommodation is suitable for what you are looking for more pictures of the accommodation and less of the outside would be helpful.
