Sorry, in the past I've always said 10/10, not now, just home from camping at Woolacombe. We were excited to see the new complex but soon disheartened. The entertainment is now upstairs, great for the able bodied! Not impressed, unlikely to return despite a good many years loyalty - shame on you Woolacombe!

Difficult to compare each location for facilities. Perhaps a check list of what we wanted and then that gives a recommended / suggested site would be good.

Don't add 1.5% to the price for paying by credit card please. Include it within the price. Most people don't have £500 cash sat in their current account for holidays. Thanks.

I thought the T.V. was so small so I asked for a bigger one.... or binoculars so that I could watch it. The manager was very nice but nothing happened. The single beds were so small I almost fell out and we had to put two single beds together and my husband had to sleep in the lounge on the floor. Other than that my grandchildren loved it there and the food was good. Apart from one of the girls serving who was very rude to one of our party, there were 11 of us. I believe the girl did get a talking to from one of her superiors. The facilities for children are very good and I felt let down by some of the above. Also on line it did not state you could have 4 days for the price of three.;Ii do think that for the price of a Gold there should be at least one size bigger T.V. as nowadays T.V.'s are not expensive.

I was really happy to have construction vehicles passing my caravan carrying materials most of the day. This really enthralled me and enhanced my experience of sitting on the caravan veranda overlooking the sea.

Stayed at this park last week, was happy with the holiday overall but did get bored after 2 days. Not much to do as a young couple with no kids. The Caravan was disappointing even though I upgraded to silver. It was supposed to be ready at 4pm but was not ready until 4:30/4:45 and we had arrived at 12 after a 4 hour drive so it was a long wait. The caravan had curry power on the side (which stunk the van out) cups and plates in the cupboard were dirty and an oven tray still had food in it. Could not find any information about restaurant opening times and what time food began and ended which did get very frustrating. Checked out 1 day early.

It was easy enough to initially search and select the holiday I wanted. However as I have an existing account but had forgotten my password this had to be reset. When this had been done my booking had disappeared and I had to go through the selection process again.

Mr Brewer, thank you for booking with us and for your review. The number of pet friendly Holiday Homes is based upon previous and predicted demand, and we actually increased the number of pet friendly accommodation at each of our Parks this year based on expected numbers. However, on some dates pet friendly accommodation can be extremely popular such as during school holidays and early booking is strongly recommended to avoid any disappointment, this can also be the case for pet-free accommodation too and with bumper bookings for this May, June, July and August we are already sold out on many dates already. We look forward to seeing you in the summer, ^kd social media team

Had lots of trouble with not having a password for the account that was made when I sent for a brochure. So had to start the process several times, which was very annoying!!

Easewell Farm has become too cluttered with caravans and the canvas tent part has suffered. If you want electric on grass you HAVE to go a pitch which is too small to take most modern tents. I have attached a photo to show that there used to be a mix of tents and touring and grass. I know the gravel tracks and bays are less maintenance and yearly pitches generate a lot more income but the ambience has been ruined.

I've marked it down as I feel sorry for the girl I spoke to on the phone, She couldnt match the online price so I booked through the website. Which is not fair really as I'm guessing they have sale targets to make. You should be able to get the same price however you book.

I have the brochure, so that helped. In terms of searching for availability, it would be useful if the monthly calendar for each park would appear with weeks or days available, instead of having to renew search etc. Difficult to get a full picture of the site and hope it will be a good as it sounds. Couldn't find a picture of what the bedrooms looked like

I'm not the best on-line being a "silver surfer" but I found booking a bit of a headache. I got confused with the "first pet free" offer and was surprised by the £30 added on at the end of my bill. After "live chat" I was told this was only on specified dates. I could have selected a different date but as I had a headache by then and didn't know how to get there, we decided to pay the £30 as the rest of the holiday seemed to suit us and I'd had enough. I was unable to find enough information about dogs, except for the free dog bed, toy, treat and pooper scooper (all of which was a bit unnecessary) and would have liked clear information regarding exercise areas and dog friendly beaches and walks. As previously stated, booking is probably a breeze for someone more familiar with a laptop.

it did take a while to book, the website wasn't the easiest to look around on pricing sections. it would be nice to have a comparison chart between the different accommodation, or for it to be a little more obvious if there is one as i couldn't find it.
