Easy to see the accommodation and compare them, however booking the activities, we had to guess how many sports passes we would need, as this was an extra on the main booking before going into the activity page . It would have been better to know before we booked the pass, how many were needed for each activity, as we would have ordered a different amount.

Easy on ;line booking process, let down by too may options in between the stages - they should be a separate page. The inability to select your pitch in advance whilst going through the booking is outdated. Has potential to be very efficient and customer friendly but improvements are required to meet the demands of modern on line booking.

Easy enough to book, clear prices that don't change from page to page that happens with so many booking sites, lots of additional extras that could be needed although some of these are a little steeply priced. Online assistance provides clear information. However it would be good to be able to book more than one lot of accommodation at once online, one minute the website told me that there weren't holidays that suited my search and then the next there were, there appears to be no way to log in to manage my bookings from the main website page, I can only get to it by going from the email, and even this review page is bouncing up and down every time I write a word! While the online assistance provides clear information, it would be good if they could also offer alternative ideas. I asked about booking more than one accommodation and was told that each had to be done separately when actually on the website it suggests phoning to do this.

I chose pet friendly accommodation in error and there was a compulsory £30 charge added to my booking. I phoned to explain and the team were able to change the booking to remove the pet charge and arrange a refund. Thank you. For future reference; this compulsory charge was not clear on the booking (website) until payment had been made.

Was close to where we wanted to go. Showers need a lot of work as my girlfriend came back shivering as there was no hot water. Let's the rest of the park down :( If you don't need to use the showers and toilets the rest of the park looks ok.

Booking was easy although very miss leading information that states if using a credit card you get charged which is fine but i used a debit card an still got charged very very crafty and when i sent an email to address this I've had no reply

I haven't been yet!, you should ask for a review after the visit not at the booking stage!!... your park was recommended by a friend, but your website isn't overly clear as to which photos represent which of your four parks!!

Hi The review requested if for the booking process, rather than your holiday experience, as explained in the email from Reviews.co.uk. We do ask for separate feedback once you have finished your holiday, which is of course the appropriate time to ask for it. Hope that helps ^kd

Out of season touring price is unbeatable

I first tried to book a mobile home, but every time it came to the final parts of the booking process the system failed and would not let me finalise my booking. After several attempts I gave up on this and tried to book in with my touring caravan instead. This went through very smoothly with no problem.

It took several attemps before the website worked and I could log in to my account that had supposedly been created. Confirmation on email said all of the details were attached to the email in pdf format but this is not the case. I think a few wrinkles need ironing out!

This is our 4th holiday now booked with yourselves, and this is the 2nd time now I have booked a holiday and had nothing through confirmation wise, a little disappointing!
