“ I loved my cashmere and merino wool sweaters but quite soon after wear some of the pearl buttons came off. I sewed them back on but have subsequently lost two. I rang customer service only to be told I couldn’t get replacement pearl buttons. I have had to order more on Amazon but I’m not sure they will be a match! Such a shame as these sweaters are not cheap. ”
