“Minus stars for the intimate hair removal cream. I don’t know what they’ve done but it doesn’t work anymore. Just a stubbly rash. Did not work at all even after a full six minutes. Any longer and it just burns. It’s not worth the cash. So disappointed, honestly purchased a second time because I was so pleased the first time (2020 I think I used this). I’d add a photo of the results but, you know… not that kind of site :D 5* for the saddle sore balm and the speed of delivery.”

“One star is for the company sex-postive stance and morals which are good, the other star is for the technicality that it did work, however, it smells like Nair and it stings like Nair, it's also more runny which drips everywhere so I'd rather use Nair.”

“This didn't leave me anywhere near as smooth as a dolphin. Tried it twice just to be sure and was left with a stubbly foof just in time for a romantic weekend away. So disappointed. I found it quite runny as well so given the area you're applying it to, you end up with drips everywhere. Not easy to apply. I did like the intimate cleanser and the soothing balm.”

“Order 141180, I made a woowoo order around 1st Jan and received an email saying it dispatched 4th Jan, however that email contained no delivery information or tracking number. Simply a link to woowoos shipping information page stating that delays can be expected with their delivery partner Royal Mail. I waited for some other email from woowoo or royal mail on their behalf saying what my tracking number is etc but no email arrived. As I heard NOTHING I waited, assuming it was just shipping delays and my tracking number would come. It has been 2 weeks now so I contacted customer service who then say “oh it shows as attempted delivery on the 6th check your tracking number….” What tracking number ??? You never provided one! How am I meant to know somethings going to be delivered if I don’t even have a tracking number ?Heard great things about the products but will not be ordering from here again. This level of customer service is shoddy. At this rate, my products are probably on their way back to Woowoo. Once woowoo has received it I shall get a refund. Just disappointing.”

“The removal cream doesn't burne at all which is good, but it does nothing to my hair either. I left it on for the full 6 minutes, nothing. Customer service is shocking, truly shocking. It took forever for them to bother to post my order, then when I asked for advice as the cream doesn't work, I got nowhere at all. They finally replied after 4 weeks with a stupid, generic email, so clearly they hadn't actually bothered reading my email at all or they would have known I already mentioned things they included in the email as "tips" for using it. The moisturiser is amazing however which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. It's a shame I can't use it once it's done because I'm never buying from this "company" again.”

“Great smelling product, delivered quickly and well packaged. Works fine for those difficult and dodgy flappy bits that you really don’t want to go near with a blade, and for bits that I haven’t been flexible enough to reach since I could skip without setting my pants. However, for the general beetle bonnet, did nothing to mine, even with the full six minute application. Not sure if it’s because they were too short? Maybe you need to fluff up before you buff up, but just didn’t seem to work as intended for me. Will continue to use on the other bits”

“I bought this after reading rave reviews, but OMG, the pain and stinging. I've not felt stinging like that since pushing a baby out of my lady garden! I had to sit with my legs spread and the shower on me just to stop the burning!”

“I've used hair removal creams before which have been stingy and left my skin sensitive. This one caused no stinging whatsoever. I applied before getting in the shower and left on for approx 3 mins. For me it definitely needed longer so I did have to get out and reapply as some areas were left patchy. Second time round it worked really well I just needed to leave it on longer. The skin was a little bit red to begin with only due to the fact that you have to scrub the cream off. This calmed down very quickly and I was not left with any redness or discomfort at all. I would give this a solid 9/10 only losing a mark because it's quite runny and dripped a little bit during application, and next time I will leave it on the full time before getting into the shower.”

“Don’t expect miracles . Sadly this product didn’t do what it promised for me . I’ve tried twice but maybe it takes practice . It is still better than other products on the market as the smell isn’t as strong . I don’t know wether I would buy again though .”
