“The burn is awful. My entire woowoo area is on fire and so sore 5 hours later still. I don’t even have sensitive skin.”

“Have emailed twice and written a review about how the cream burnt my skin and yet still have had no response. Looking at other 1 star reviews it seems as though this is common. Why are you responding to all 4/5 star reviews and ignoring those who have said the cream burnt their skin and/ or didn’t work?!”

“My partner used it and all was fine until he washed it off. He said it burned so bad and still affects him now a week and a half afterwards despite aloe Vera gel to soothe. The reason he used it is for me to check it out before I attempted to use it as I am prone to eczema and sensitive skin. I can safely say I’m delighted I have not tried this!!!!!!”

“If I could I would not give it any stars did a patch test no reaction but when I actually tried to apply it it burned so badly and has caused physical burns to my skin and now I have skin discolouration”

“Followed the instructions to a T and I’m so badly burnt. I usually use Nair which isn’t for sensitive parts and that doesn’t burn at all. I’m in a lot of pain :-(”

“I've tried this product 4 times now, and each time it has not worked at all, despite following VERY strictly to the instructions. A shame... I dont know if its to do with my hair type down there or if Im somehow doing something wrong (?) but very sad as I find shaving difficult :( also found the smell to be pretty nasty despite others saying it smelt nice”

“Really hoped this would be a good product for me as it appeared to be gentle with natural ingredients. However unfortunately when doing the patch test as directed after a couple of minutes I was in agony and left with chemical burns for over a week, tried ice packs and lots of cold running water but still left very sore. So glad I didn't go straight for a larger area.”
