“I tried the hair removal cream for intimate areas and it nearly burned the whole thing off. I only had it on for 1 minute before it started burning. Was really dissatisfied as all other reviews i had read, said it didnt burn.”

“Done the patch test as advised 4 days before full use on area I was intending to use cream Yet still got bad burns from the cream even though I removed after less than a minute. Would not recommend!”

“Unfortunately didnt work for me. Have tried a few times doing everything to the letter. It can take hair off but just leaves me stubbly which I have to shave anyway. The smells ok. I did find it a bit to runny though.”

“Unfortunately I had a bad reaction to this, despite doing a test before which was ok. It started burning after about 10 seconds and left red. Thankfully got in the shower quickly and got it off.”

“Worst product I’ve ever used. Really disappointed. Followed the instructions. Only some hair came off, was left with a rash and had to shave afterwards which I wanted to avoid as can’t go for a wax during quarantine.”

“Hair removal cream left me with severe burns and blisters, despite me doing a patch test and being fine! I contacted customer support but got no response! Will never be using this company again and will be warning others not to!”

“I have used this twice with no issues actually thought it worked fairly well but today and I used this, exactly the same as usual, and I started to feel a burning sensation. Went to rinse it off as it says on the box and it had made me bleed, luckily I got it off quickly so it’s only a small area but this is the last thing I’d expect from such a product. I am now obviously very uncomfortable and will not be using this ever again just in case.”

“Hair removal cream didn't work. Emailed for a refund and was told to try it again leaving it on longer than required on the instructions on the packaging. It still didn't work and I still want a refund but haven't had a reply. I assume it's due to COVID-19, maybe you don't have many staff working at the minute. But not impressed with the product or the customer service I received in my initial email.”
