This book sounds amazing! It started off with a fairytale like explanation of snow white with references to a queen, a huntsman and even quotes near the end of the story "mirror mirror on the wall whose the fairest of them all?" but it is more of a twisted tale on survival being a female royal without a man. No Prince, no king and a lot of threats. It was left at a cliffhanger you think you know the story but a woman with a crown is unforgivable. It sounds very intense and dramatic, I love the fantasy behind it with a modern twist on a historical subject of gender inequality and I would be very interested in how the story continues as it seems to have a lot of avenues in which it could follow. It could keep the fairytale element or only reference it while focusing on gender inequality. It could show how women nowadays could overcome the inequality that is in the original fairy tale story that women had to turn against one another in order to be happy, etc.

Well written and totally engaging YA story about Muslim boy and his journey of coming-out as a gay. It was honest, it was funny and it was very easy to relate to. I loved that it was told in multiple POV’s (interrogation scenes) as it gave me a deeper insight into a Muslim family’s acceptance of LGBTQ+ idea and how each family member deals and feels about Amir being a gay. The book starts at the end of the story and our main protagonist's adventure is told switching between before and after events which was a great idea as it built a huge momentum and excitement of what yet to come. The author possesses amazing storytelling skills and his writing was beautiful and consuming. I really enjoyed this book and found all the characters very likable. They all had their own flaws and their own doubts but at the same time they supported and rooted for each other as much as they could. The plot pacing was perfect and the story was very easy to read which only increased my reading experience. Rome's scenery descriptions amazingly blended into the story and made me add this city to my bucket list :-) Overall totally entertaining story packed with relevant topics that I would recommend to any YA and LGBTQ+ lover.

I was looking to read a psychological thriller to rekindle my love for them as I read so many over the past year I was losing interest but glad I picked this one up as its good! I'll admit the first few chapters I started to get a bit confused as it bounces between timelines and characters and I was getting lost with who was who and what was happening but then it all starts to unravel and had me gripped. I didn't expect the twists and turns that I was met with along the way and the second half of the book is definitely the better half (just don't give up the first half!) and I started to get drawn in to the characters lives more . Its not overly believable but it's a good read all the same .

Very pleased with the book, however delivery was delayed. This may entirely due to Covid issues. Ii also struggled to order from my ipad and had to use my daughter's laptop (lucky she's home from uni).

I like Wordery's book selection - one can pretty much find anything (also some things that aren't available on Amazon), but delivery often takes very long. E.g. my last one, unfortunately, took over a week. Actually, both books were late based on the delivery indication which was visible through the tracking link :(

Very good service. Only criticism would be that I ordered three books at the same time and they all arrived, on the same day, but in different parcels which didn’t seem very cost or environmentally efficient.

I was pleased with the selection of books and especially appreciated both the order and shipment confirmations. As a first timer, those reassured me my order was actually coming.

Ordering process was easy, books arrived in good time, although each one was packed separately so lots of cardboard. I was surprised by this. Will definitely use again.

Wordery provided up to date information on the delivery status of my ordered textbook. However, the delivery timeline was a bit long (over 3 weeks); however, this may be due to the fewer international flights to Canada from the UK. The textbook was well packaged, with accompanying shipping document and in excellent condition. I would use their book ordering service again.

Fantastic service, have ordered multiple times and never had a problem. Books arrived next day each time. Only reason this isn’t five stars is simply the fact that last time I ordered, all seven books were in seven sets of packaging which took up my entire recycling bin and is a complete waste!!! Otherwise, perfect service as usual 🖤

In the past - and in the future - I would rate you as Very Good. However, because of the pandemic and its effects, the choice of books available that I want to buy is extremely limited. Very understandable. However, I'm glad that Wordery is surviving in even this limited fashion and look forward to you - and the world - reemerging, from this bigger and bolder!
