The order I placed was a Christmas present. It did not get there in time as the original email stated. The email update service was good. The order eventually arrived 3 weeks later than the original date given. Despite the free postage, I would hesitate to use this company and it's services again.

Whilst the books did arrive as per the order and in perfect condition, each book was shipped separately over a lengthy time frame. I thought this a waste of packaging and deliveries when the books could have been bundled together.

You used to be quick. Unfortunately my order took ages and it took more than a week to let me know there was an unidentified problem with one of the books.

i liked it. 2 books came in and were in kinda good conditions but the last one didn’t. And it was the book i was expecting the most. It stopped on the border. i don’t know if that’s still your problem or not but it is a bit weird that the most expensive book stopped there. and because i didn’t saw that email fast enough it was send back.

We use a number of different couriers to dispatch our orders, all of whom have excellent service and delivery records. The courier will be determined by a number of factors, such as location, size, weight etc. More information on this can be found on our 'Help & Contact' page. Items posted promptly and the price is competitive. The books are not always secured properly in the packages and end up having some damage. The site used to have some fantastic discounts which i used for years, but no longer have them which is very dissapointing.

Sadly, the couriers did not deliver my book within the time frame given (several days beyond), so it has ended up being forwarded in the post by my son. As a result, I'm held back in the project I wanted it for. This is the first bad experience with Wordery I've had, I hope it's a one off, because you're usually great.

I prefer to buy second hand books but I will now continue to order from other websites that support this as the time from ordering the book to delivery was 2 weeks which is too long.

I use Wordery to avoid Amazon. Usually service is prompt and generally you've got the books that I'm after in stock. But on the last couple of occasions delivery took so long that both missed the birthdays they were intended for. In your defence, you did warn me that you were having difficulties, although you didn't specify what these were.

I had a very long wait for my book to arrive…. Nearly 3 weeks and another wait to get an email back after contacting customer services to find out where it was. It arrived far too late for the present it was supposed to be. I returned it over a week ago and it was tracked and signed for but I haven’t heard anything about my refund. Not impressed and won’t use wordery again.

The book has original printing fault, its started about 30 page to the end of the book.

The firm was fine but the parcel went missing for a fortnight. They dealt with this well and gave the option of refund / new delivery. When the book finally turned up they paid for the return.

Please don’t use Evri for delivery they are really rubbish and sent me a picture Of delivery to a rubbish bin. It was eventually found by our back door when we were away. They are the most unreliable delivery service

Unfortunately the packaging used to post a stuffed toy was clearly packaging that should be used for books and was far too narrow. The toy was rammed in and was not even sealed at the end so it was open at the ends and you could see what was inside. The hat on the bear was crushed and has been impossible to put back into shape. Not impressed.
