“Excellent choice of titles, easy site to navigate, quick dispatch BUT, despite reading that delivery is free worldwide, we were charged customs duty upon arrival. It would be better if Wirdery shipped from Europe to European nations. Ordering from the UK is quite costly now, given customs taxes imposed.”

“Everything I ordered arrived in excellent condition, and communication and order tracking is simple and transparent. Prices are in the general range of other stores (the books that I ordered were the cheapest at Wordery). The only drawback is that each book is sent as a separate shipment, so the Slovenian customs office charges 3 € processing fees for each package (although the VAT is included in the price)”
