“I was very pleased with the books I purchased. My complaint is with the long wait for delivery which would make me hesitate buying from you again. I have deleted the detail of the delay but I think it was around 3 weeks”

“I ordered a book for my Wife's Birthday. The book was delivered in good condition and within the expected timescale. So far - so good. I am sure that I specified that the book was intended as a gift and I gave considerable thought to the words that I wanted to accompany the book. I was so confident of this that I handed the entire package, unopened, to my wife. However, packed with the book was a priced invoice and my carefully crafted greeting was printed in the upper right corner of this document - in miniscule print. This adversely affected the effect of the gift - hence 4 / 5”

“The book I ordered was great. Just what I expected. The delivery was quite slow and it was several days before the courier sent me a message to say they were on their way to pick up my order. Then it was a few days in transit before it came to me. This wasn't a problem as delivery was free (one of the reasons I decided to buy from Wordey) but at the point when I expected it to drop through my door, was the moment I got the email saying they were about to 'start' to send my order. I'm not sure if this is Wordery or the couriers' procedure that slowed down delivery. (order placed on 3rd and received 11th - 8 days) Free delivery and a very competitive price, just what I was looking for.”
